The Fire Risk Assessor was, during the visit to my property, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and punctual.
The Fire Risk Assessment was, very usefully, emailed to me the same day as the visit and the findings and recommendations were clearly explained.

From initial phone call, through the property visit, to delivery of the final FRA report and all phone and e-mail communication along the way, the assessor was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened and observed carefully so he could apply the relevant regulations appropriately. He was easy to contact and reliable in making and keeping arrangements. Contact with the office team was also clear and easy. Would use this company again.
