The quality of bulbs is good, but things could be better with the customer support service. I mean that I tried to cancel my order withon a few minutes after I checked out, but unfortunately you were not able to take into consideration my intent. Not even I have written an email, in which I mentioned that I still wanted the items, but within a new order, launched within several minutes. The automatic answer came rapidly but with no meaning to me. So was the human answer the next day, that the order could not be cancelled, which is a massive break of the customer rights law. Finally I had to deny the parcel upon its arrival, which was a waste of resources on your account. Do you think it was ok? I kindly suggest you to offer the lawful space to any customer, as they must make a mistake and try to fix it.

I asked for invoice (ASER CONSULTING MANAGEMENT RO22524385) through message, post on Facebook and e-mail. No answer. I sent all these data when I launched the order. In this moment I didn't have the order number, but the day of transaction and all the papers on the Collette.

The website does not indicate that the products are shipped from Poland. The website promises delivery within 3–4 days, which the Romanian customer believes, since the site is exclusively in Romanian and gives the impression that the purchase is being made from Romania. Compared to the promised delivery time, the package arrived a week later, which is understandable given that it is shipped from Poland, but the customer is unaware of this. The presentation of the two lamps on the website is misleading: the presentation includes images and videos of both lamps that appear not to have been taken of these specific lamps, and based on those, the buyer’s expectations are different. The only reason I’m not sending them back is that I don’t want to wait weeks, which is what returning them and ordering a new lamp would entail. I’d rather buy another one somewhere more accessible.
The only positive thing was that there was a (Romanian!) phone number where I could speak to someone, but even they couldn’t provide accurate information about the delivery time.
