2 wrong cheap lamps instead of an expensive one
I ordered 4 lamps, including 1 lamp for around 300 Euros. I got 2 lamps that I ordered plus 2 totally different lamps, worth probably 10 Euros. Now I am told to send back the wrongly received lamps by driving the huge box somewhere (it is the first time something like that happens to me! I order hundreds of items and NEVER got totally wrong items!) and then no idea when and if I will get the lamps that I actually ordered.
Interesting, that instead of a 300 Euro lamp you send one worth probably 10 Eur and not the other way round... I hope to get the lamp I ordered ASAP (which from my chat with the Customer Service will not happen). I have an electrician coming tomorrow to install my lamps, but no lamps from Lampen24... (I ordered from 4 different shops in total and all the other shops managed it well, only had problems with Lampen24).

Pretends package is delayed but in reality cancels your payment/order without informing you
Ordered, paid with PayPal, and received confirmation. Almost immediately, we were informed of 'a delay'. One month later, we still hadn't received anything, so we contacted the company. They then claimed not to have received a payment. The PayPal dashboard shows the payment was cancelled, in all likeliness by the company itself because they didn't have the product to sell.

Still no delivery after 10 days
It has now been more than 10 days and I’m still awaiting my parcel. Order was shipped by Lampen24 timely but has been stuck with the courrier company seems for a week now…
Updated after response from Lampen24:
My address was correctly provided with my order, but the address communicated to the transporter by lampen24 was incomplete, I had to correct it myself. As from that moment it still took a week to have it delivered. Unreliable transporter.

No guidance and fragile
The lamp came quickly but without any installation guide, only a short safety leaflet. No screw provided to install it. It works fine for the moment but the design seems fragile. I would probably not buy this model again.

I ordered a lamp a month ago
I ordered a lamp a month ago. It’s still not there. I sent 2 mails and try to call with absolutely no responses.
They are a bit cheaper but then you pay the price for it…Finally delivered.
