I have ordered worth 12000nok lamps and bulb. After two weeks waiting of one pendelamp has never arrived. I sent email since i never had been able to get anyone on telephone. One respond and said she cancel the order on october 18. I was waiting for update in klarna to reduce the price because i want to pay but never happen so i sent mail again and said that i have to pay the item even if it is not send and because it is out of stock and then they will pay me bacck. Now is november 8 i still dont get my money and klarna said that they have not gotten refund from lampegiganten and now makes me very angry. I was suppose to use the money to order bulbs from lampegiganten because i am happy with other order but now i feel like frustrated and not trusting the site again. Nobody response about the refund. That Erica i spoke on email from lampegiganten i dont know if exist or not. I find it hard to trust now. I want my money back!!!!

Bad claim routines. Half the products where damaged and all the help we got from Customer support was a message to use a webpage that needed a number we did not get from the store.

Product (LED panel) has great quality. The only problem was that the delivery took a little too long to arrive.

The lamp I bought has never been delivered. After a month of useless attempts to get a clarification from the customer service I registered a formal complaint and got a refund. Result - no lamp, month of wasted time and stress, increased price on the same lamp on their website, but I continue receiving mocking junk emails asking “how do I like a newly baught lamp?” and “how many stars do I give to lampegiganten service?”. 1 star is too much, I wish I could give less.

solar lights were ordered and when the came 1 was broken. They replaced the light right away and customer service was so helpful. Unlike some companies you were able to get through to customer service quickly and they wete proffesional in their approach to the problem. Solar lights good quality and the light from them is excellent. So good I have now bought 12 and my garden is fully lit up on an evening.
