When ordering the lamp it clearly…
When ordering the lamp it clearly stated on the website that they promised delivery before Christmas e.g. 23 December. The lamp arrived yesterday, 7th of January.!!!!! No information or follow up from them or clear communication from the transporter on the exact delivery date. This was a Christmas present to my wife. The experience with Lampegigaten has been the worst, and I can only suspect that they new exactly they could not deliver before Christmas, but wrote it anyway on the website only to get orders. Newer again Lampegiganten that's for sure.

Room for improvement
> The lamps look very nice and the lighting effect is good, exactly as I wanted in terms of design. However, installation was more complicated than expected. I didn’t realize that a cable had to be purchased separately, which was confusing for someone not used to buying this type of product. Some of the plastic screws felt weak, and in a few areas it was difficult to access or properly fasten the screws. Once installed, the result is good, but clearer information and slightly easier installation would improve the overall experience

Very happy. The lamp we ordered was in good working order and haven’t had any issues. Shipping was about normal with Posten.

Didn't get the order
The order never arrived after 3 weeks of waiting.
Good: I got money back
Bad: I didn't get the lamp and the service couldn't tell what was the problem with delivery. The order just returned back on its own.

Missing parcel
23.07.2025: I have still not received my parcel. I have tried several times to find it through Lampegiganten and delivery company. Where is it? I am waiting for my goods ordered 02.07.2025.

I received notification that my order…
I received notification that my order arrived, but it delivered to the wrong address in completely different country! I am trying to contact the customer support but so far I only received an automatic message saying that they received my return… However I’ve never returned anything but was asking where is my order. It took a month for the order to arrive in the other country.
