Brilliant service! We hired a bouncy castle and Didi cars for my daughter’s birthday party, and they were fantastic. The kids absolutely loved them and had such a great time. Highly recommended!

I can't praise this company enough. We booked the Peppa pig package for my daugher's birthday this weekend. The whole process went very smoothly, they came and set everything up in the morning and came back in the evening to take it all down again. The inflatables were in good condition and clean, and in my opinion very good value for money. The party was a great success!

Hired a 60ft obstacle course for my son’s birthday party, which he and his friends absolutely loved plus so did some adults too. Obstacle course was nice and clean, delivered on time and took no time at all. Jay who delivered the obstacle course was nice, friendly and professional giving us a run down of things to watch for and what to do if weather turned also leaving a safety tip flyer too.
On collection again Jay was prompt and once all packed away let me know he was finished and leaving. All contact was easy, helpful and answered very quickly.
Highly recommend and definitely would use again in the future.

Fantastic service and great communication. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The bouncy castle (disco) was immaculate and really great fun. The lights and built in blue tooth speaker were awesome. This is our second time using Laken inflatables and we will definitely be hiring from them again in the future.

Booking was quick and easy and I was able to check if the items would fit at our venue before hand. Day of the party delivery was on time, fast and explained some bits incase we needed them. When collection came, again in time and quick to pack away. Tidied up after himself. Definitely worth getting, nothing but 5 stars for these guys. Will be booking again

An absolute disgusting service, no completion of order including one item missing and our most important one being cheaply replaced by poor smaller sized compensation. When called back to question why, started rude conversation including coming up with terrible excuses for their faults and telling my colleague to ‘shut up’ and hanging up on my manager. Absolutely disgraceful, worst company I’ve ever purchased from.

We hired a bouncy slide and had it for the weekend ... absolutely couldn't have been more pleased with the service ... Thankyou
