I bought a pink pair of size 7 ladies Lakeland Active Clogs on Amazon. They were very big, so I bought a 6.5 and they were perfect. So I got the same in blue, size 6.5... they were 2.5 cms smaller (very noticeable). Returned them. Then got a teal colour, hoping they would be the same as the pink...still 2.5 cms smaller. I really want another pair, but it seems impossible. The sizing is so erratic.

I wore out my first pair of Women's Hayton Multipurpose Ankle Boots in Black. A total game changer for, dog walking, garden work and rainy shopping days. I absolutely love them. Had to order a new pair as I couldn't live without them.

Wellies fell apart after only 2 days of wear!

My first pair of wellies from Lakeland Active lasted just under 12 months. They started leaking. The wellies are guaranteed for 12 months, but as we didnt have our receipt the company could not do anything to help me, but said they expected the wellies to last much longer than this. At £95 per pair one would expect so!

As they were comfortable I decided to purchase another pair, thinking they would definitely last longer and this was bad luck. I found them on Amazon for £70. I was delighted, but dismayed when after ONLY TWO DAYS the sole parted company from the boot, literally falling apart, with only very light wear.

These were despatched straight back to Amazon, and I would say I would definitely NOT recommend these boots.

I do wonder if their reject boots are being sold off on Amazon at a lower price then their website, but even so the first pair were poor quality also.

Good quality, have worn these for years. Not just for gardening, no joke with my bunions I find walking easier than normal footwear.

I had purchased similar fleece lined clogs about 3 years ago -I don’t recall what I paid -but they have served well as back door slip ons for popping to washing line etc. The appearance was quite acceptable -even though they were not the more expensive ‘brand’ clog.
I made this purchase to replace them and was a bit surprised at the price but went with it: they do not have the appearance of the last pair with much less’shape’ to the foot and I now wish I had searched out the ‘branded’ type in a sale as I would not have paid much more. Although they will do the job I shall not be repeating this purchase -somewhat disappointed!!

Unfortunately I didn't receive the shoes. The order went through fine but I think you need to get rid of Royal Mail. They didn't deliver the parcel on the day I asked or leave it in my safe place I received an email to say it had been delivered to my safe place and a card put through the letterbox, none of these things happened. I have tried to contact them but to no avail so I'll just have to write it off as a bad experience. I'll go to the shop and buy some. Thanks.

The travel washbag arrived on time and was as described. It is of a good quality material with well designed and executed organisers. My husband was delighted with it.

Unfortunately I have to return a pair of fleece-lined Dockray clogs inaccurately sized 6. I already own and love a pair of unlined size 6 which needed extra insoles to fit but that works fine. The fleece-lined ones are too small and compared with my unlined ones, their soles are a good deal shorter. (Photo available). I feel the discrepancy in sizing should be flagged up online to help buyers go up a size. Through no fault of my own, returning them will cost me 3.95 plus I have to jump through hoops to send them as the online process is not working. A disappointing experience.

If you continue to sell these clogs and don't change them;you will always have this customer.

Bought a size 10 clog for my husband, his usual size. It was no where near long enough for him. Returning them tomorrow.
