New Watch Purchase - Fantastic Service
Bought a new watch for my wife from the Glasgow store. Emma Hamilton was fantastic in helping with the purchase and keeping me up to date on progress. Laings Cardiff - Bespoke Jewellery Design
Back in November 2025, we were searching for a pair of earrings to complement a ruby pendant that had been a favourite of my mother’s for many years. After visiting several jewellers in Cardiff, we struggled to find the perfect match, and we popped into Laings by chance and we were introduced to Adrien the Bespoke Jewellery Designer.
We began by discussing initial ideas, using the pendant as inspiration. Adrien returned with some beautiful concepts, one of which I thought perfectly complemented the pendant. However, my mother envisioned something slightly different, and Adrien kindly reworked the design from another perspective that aligned with her wishes. After a few additional tweaks, we were invited to select the rubies that would become the focal point, enhanced by diamonds to add just the right amount of sparkle.
Adrien was exceptional throughout the process: incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly understanding of what we wanted. He shared his expertise at every stage, making the experience both insightful and enjoyable. After a couple of months and regular updates, we were delighted to collect the completed earrings just in time for Mother’s Day. My mother was thrilled to finally see the earrings in person and, of course, try them on! We were all so pleased with how the earrings turned out, showcasing the beautiful matched rubies, the intricate design and fine craftsmanship.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Tom, who has always looked after us and initially introduced us to Adrien. Their support made the whole experience even more special. Having purchased several watches from Laings in the past, it was wonderful to go through this fascinating bespoke journey, and I hope it will be the first of many.
I wholeheartedly recommend Laings, especially Adrien and Tom, for their warmth, professionalism, and the memorable experiences they create. I look forward to visiting Laings again soon, as we are always greeted by their friendly and welcoming team.

Excellent personalised attention
Excellent personal attention and support by both Diego & Abigail at Boutique. I had an ongoing wish list and although one of my particular watches was no longer available Diego sourced it for me and provided several options to acquire ahead of a planned purchase. In Diego's absence Abigail kept me fully updated and the timepiece arrived ahead of schedule and a wonderful personalised experience collecting the watch in the Boutique.

I visited Glasgow to have a look at one of their pre-owned watches. On talking to Peter he listened to what I was after and brought out a few watches for me to view. I later purchased one of the watches shown online and collected from store soon after and had a good experience from first walking in to collection.

Laings quality of products and service
I have been a customer of Laings for around 12 years and i've never once had a bad experience. I love that the personnel at Laings remember me, even if i've never dealt with every person working there. Its a lovely environment to shop, with a great combination of professionalism, friendliness and also a little banter! Mark Wan and the rest of the team at Laings have taken care of me for years and I am fortunate to have purchased many beautiful items of jewellery and watches from Laings simply because their products are great value and exceptional quality. Tudor north flag
I have been looking for a certain watch for a long time and finally found a pre owned example on the Laings website. The watch in question was the discontinued Tudor north flag.
The website included high resolution photographs of the watch alongside a detailed description that confirmed the watch not only came with original box and papers, it has also recently been returned from a Tudor service and included a new leather strap.
After purchasing the watch I received an email from Beth to arrange delivery of my order. The watch arrived the next day well packed and included a hand written note from Sandie thanking me for my order.
The watch looks like a brand new item and hard to believe it is now 10 years old. As the watch was serviced by Tudor it is now under warranty for a 24 month period with the manufacturer. The service documents arrived with the watch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Laings to anyone looking for a luxury watch.

I recently had a wonderful morning at Laings in Southampton thanks to the attention and expertise of Fiona. I tried on a number of beautiful Rolex watches and was able to decide which size looked and felt best on my wrist. Laings had a wide range of highly sought after configurations, including the Datejust 36 with mint dial on a jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel. I really enjoyed seeing such an in-demand watch and this helped me decide on the Datejust 36 in blue dial as my next purchase. I now eagerly await the call from Fiona and cannot wait to return to Laings in the future.
