You will never get refund from Lafobikes.com

I purshased a road bike tire. The brand new tire has two microscopic hole, which I think it is manufacturing defect. I contacted customer service. One representative replied me and said that "I spoke with the Continental representative and we don't see a warranty case here based on your video. If you feel different, you can find a local Continental authorized dealer and they will look at it and apply for a warranty if it is the case. Thanks for your understanding." I think if they sell me a defective product, they should refund all the money or replace it ASAP. It is so weird that they contact manufacture! What a bad experience!
