Just discovered this store online, and saw they had a specific pop I've been dying to get my hands on. Not only that, but even after shipping and tax, it was $40 cheaper than anywhere else I could find this specific pop. (Trafalgar Law Chase Edition). Placed my order and it got here in 3 days, and was beautifully packaged. On top of that, they put the funko in a protector which was fantastic. No damage, fast processing of my order, and a great selection. Amazing prices, overall a great experience. Already placed my second order.

They are only getting a two star because the 3 pops I've ordered came in great condition. However I've spent hundreds on their mystery boxes and they are crap. I get some every month, all year long when they drop.i have never received a grail for them or any notable pop for that matter. Their pops also do not come with the OG stickers, which greatly drop the value, as a collector that sucks.

Horrible customer service, ordered a pop it can damaged from them and I contacted them took 4 emails to get through to someone was told expect a replacement box within 10 business days and here we are 30 days later with nothing. Don’t buy from them!

0 customer service and straight up just stole my money. Placed an order online from there site and never received my order but they refuse to refund my money

ordered a month ago, wait 3 days, contacting them asking why it hasnt shipped, they said wait 3 more days for tracking number, i get a tracking number and have been emailing them the past 3 weeks asking for an update because my package hasnt moved and i get nothing but "were gonna check with our shipping team" and no update. absolute useless customer service and terrible business ethics

Places an order, emailed multiple times asking for info regarding my order. They haven’t reply to any of my emails. They don’t care. They just take your cash.
Will do a charge back on my card. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They’re frauds and not reliable. TOTAL SCAM

I placed an online order since January, I got the email saying they would send me an email with the confirmation of shipping, never got the email and I'm already charged with everything. So what happened to my order? Its already April and the order ir nowhere to be found. I would like my money back, or the order sent.

i will never understand the negative reviews of Chalice Collectibles online because i had a very wonderful experience with them. my package arrived today and all of my funko pops were in mint condition. they packaged my funko pops very carefully where it didn’t arrive damaged. their funko pops are NOT fake. i’m a serious funko pop collector that knows the difference between fake and real funko pops. these negative reviews about Chalice Collectibles are just a bunch of ungreatful troll customers that spread lies and slander about the company. shipping was extremely fast!! when i had a problem with my order, the agent resolved my issue right away. very friendly and professional staff. IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! as a serious funko pop collector, i highly recommend this company and i will definately be ordering from them again in the future!! Chalice Collectibles, keep up the great work and ignore the negative haters. you guys deserve better and you guys are awesome!!
