Elie Seroussi was born in Paris in 1958. Growing up in the center or Paris he developed a strong taste for fashion and craftsmanship. He opened his first fashion house, CECILE & JEANNE, in his late twenties, and built it into the well known brand it is today, with 10 boutiques in the prime Paris locations.
Elie raised his three children between the family ranch in Burgundy and the atelier in Paris. His oldest daughter, Natacha, took a keen interest in his work at a young age and showed a strong passion for fashion, the arts, and nature. After completing her studies of the arts Natacha naturally partnered up with her forever mentor and biggest supporter; Elie.
Together Elie and Natacha decided to do things differently. They wanted to create a brand that would combine the essence of who they are and what they believe in. Doesn’t last
I’ve had my cross body for a few weeks now and love the fact that it stays closed with the clasp. What I’m really disappointed with is the fact that the bag is already falling apart.

I bought the Bebebark bag. Its beautifully made. Its the nicest purse I’ve ever owned. Pricey, but I have no regrets.

I love my bag but disappointed in that…
I love my bag but disappointed in that i could not repair or fix the lock on my laptop backpack. I did invest additional $199 for a replacement but when received, the zipper pull tag on the inside was not attached. My husband was able to fix for me.

I had bought one of the first bobobark backpacks, it is excellent, environmentally friendly and has multiple ways to carry. Very good quality product and good price/quality ratio.

Don't run a sale if you don't have the stock
They ran a promotion and didn't have the stock to support it. I bought two items the day the sale started, and while the transaction went through, they contacted me weeks later to say they could not fulfill the entire order. The products are lovely, but pretty expensive, so it was disappointing to wait for a sale and then not receive the item

The bag arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, love the dust bag also! Beautiful color, exactly as described. It is very sophisticated, stylish, and functional. The bag was better than expected
The bag was better than expected. I ordered the bamboo handles, and they just did not look right with the particular bag I purchased. They refunded without any hesitation. Just FYI, in returns with a refund I did have to pay for shipping back. That was not a surprise, and the customer service team was helpful and kind.
I am very happy with my bag and the integrity of the company.

They used a filter to make an ugly colour more appealing
Last year I bought a raspberry bobobark from Laflore Paris as a gift for my mother, when it arrived it was clear they'd put a filter on their website photos, it was almost brown in person, they claimed the difference was due to my screen, when I pointed out that it was clear a filter had been used on the website photos they said it was due to photography, lighting and screen settings, I returned the bag but my refund was minus shipping and the cost of return shipping.
I had fully intended on buying more items from them, I had my eye on the raspberry chouchou but their dreadful customer service has meant if I buy more of their products it'll be second hand.
As I can't upload photos to show the difference between what I ordered and what I received I've posted photos on my twitter @pkb*tchgirl.
Also, 2 weeks after they received the bag they still hadn't refunded me and I had to email to get a refund.

Quality product with flair
Quality product with flair. The colour is beautiful and the bag capacity is exactly what I needed. Chic and functional, and the sustainability angle is the best part. Many people have complimented me on my new 'leather' bag and then after stunned which I tell them it's sustainable cork.

Great products and outstanding customer support
After backing their kickstarter project for the Lebobo Backpack I was so excited that I immediately bought a Bobobark for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it.
At a later time my Kickstarter Lebobo arrived and it was very nice as well but it had a little issue, a small accessory that was part of the bag was missing.
After a few days I contacted their customer support which promptly replied and promised to take care of my problem.
It did take a while (I guess the missing part wasn't available on it's own) but then unexpectedly they proposed to return my bag so that they could just replace my whole bag for a new one so that it would arrive with all the accessories belonging to it.
Customer support was extremely kind and helpful through the whole process and I will be returning to this company at my first chance. They stand behind their products and I will support companies like this by suggesting to purchase from them without hesitation.
