I'm sending all of my order back

I'm sending all of my order back. I purchased 2 pair of wide leg jeans one medium one large because I know sizing can be different. I'm 5 foot 7 and both were 5 to 6 inches too short. The fabric quality was not bad and I would have kept the large *one size up from my regular size. I also ordered a cropped trench and a shirt. Both were too short and tight. The fabric was okay. I also ordered 2 pair of earring but the quality of metal was not good. Also I ordered a cross body stap faux suede bag. Material was OK but it is not a cross body bag at all. The purchaser is required to pay return shipping to China. I'll update review once I see how much that will cost me. UPDATED REVIEW. I AM ATTEMPTING TO RETURN 185.00 worth of merchandise. The post office says the return address they gave me is incomplete.This company keeps going back and forth with the same answers.the post office is also telling me that to return these items it will cost me about $200.00 in postage. More than the clothing cost me. So if you dont know if thier stuff will fit you OR if the quality is up to your STANDARDS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS COST PROHIBITIVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING

Please don't buy from this company, the quality is dreadful

Just received a long awaited pair of jeans. Such poor quality and so badly made I couldn't even get them up my standard size 10 legs.

Misadvertised . Ordered the crew neck long sleeve…

Ordered the crew neck long sleeve cardigan, advertised as a cardigan with a cinched ribbed waist, looked great quality and extremely cinched online. It took a while to arrive, it’s very poor quality and there is zero cinch in the waist, it’s just a straight poor quality cardigan- so very misadvertised online doesn’t look anything like the picture, so wouldn’t bother ordering.

Disappointing

My order was later than expected and the items that I ordered were not as nice as expected. Quality looks like high fashion on the advertising, but it wasn't any better than something I could pick up at Walmart. I won't be ordering from them again.

Unbelievably poor quality

The dress looks nothing like the one advertised on their website. The quality of the fabric is unbelievably poor. Some sort of low grade polyester. I was embarrassed when I took it out the cheap packet - I knew straightaway I had been duped. The returns procedure is such that it is not worth returning a sale product and I doubt you would ever get a refund anyway. I contacted customer service but surprise, surprise no reply. To give you an idea of just how bad the garment is - I would not give it to a charity shop.

What a load of crap- poor quality…

What a load of crap- poor quality polyester clothing. You get better products for cheaper at Temu or shein! Sizes that were inconsistent some too big most too small. I was not emailed an order list and I had to chase up delivery and tracking a few times. I had to also track down the return address and search for postcode - I was charged 75.00aud to return items - it’s been a costly mistake and doubt I will get any money back on the items returned. Complete scam.

An expensive version of SHEIN

The turn around for receiving my order was weeks. Items came and were SHEIN quality. Materials listed on the website were cotton and linen and all my items were 100% polyester, I knew before opening them, but it even says so on the tags. I won’t trust a company that would lie to its customers about something like the materials they use. Very disappointed. Also I bought from here after someone told me it was a nice Canadian company but it’s all from china.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabrics and the packaging.

I have ordered a number of items and was excited to received them. They took almost a month to arrive and the quality is not even vaguely the level as seen on the website and on Instagram. The size of the shoes was completely wrong (They sent size 37 when I ordered Size 40)
I have asked for a refund by sending an email to the address they have given. I hope to receive a full refund and will not be ordering again from La Femme Wanderer

Completely wrong dress sent …

I waited nearly a month to receive the dress I ordered and what was sent to me could not have been further from the actual dress pictured. This was like an Instagram versus reality situation. I expected satin and got cotton, even the neck line was different. I reached out to customer service so hopefully they can correct the situation.

Missing items and no response from customer services

I have sent numerous emails to this company requesting a refund as my items have not been delivered. After an initial “your items are in transit” I have had no further reply. I have sent them confirmation from delivery company that items have not been received but this has also been ignored. Please do not get scammed by this company like I have been
