They are a serious company and trusted.

My returns were seen to immediately and their replies are quick.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with La Femme Wanderer.

I placed an order over a week ago totalling £90, and since then I have received absolutely no communication. No order confirmation, no dispatch update, nothing at all. The payment was taken immediately, yet I have been completely ignored.

I have checked all inboxes including spam and have also contacted the company directly via email, but I have had zero response.

At this point, I am seriously questioning whether this is a legitimate business. Taking customers’ money without even acknowledging an order is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering from this company until they improve their communication and customer service.

I expect an immediate response to either confirm my order with a clear delivery timeframe or issue a full refund.

Do not trust. They took my money and nothing. No order and impossible to contact. AVOID

Hideous company to deal with items took ages to arrive. Products look far inferior to the website and some a completely different reality. Several emails sent back and forth very reluctant to sort issues. Offered a refund and still awaiting.

Very cheap clothes. Wouldn’t wipe my floors with it. They do not allow returns unless item is damaged.

Overall decent quality. Sizing for a few items was on the small side, but good response from their service team. They quickly addressed my issues and provided info on return/credit options.

I am still waiting for my trenchcoat , about 4 weeks now .

Long delivery time.

The clothes are great - easy to style and to wear. And customer service was quick and easy. Will be buying from here again.

I received my order on time and it looks exactly like the picture. It fits true to size.

Great dress. I would just recommend sizing up!

The customer service was very nice. My clothing did not fit unfortunately and they worked with me on returns but the window for return is 14 days just FYI

Love the La femme wanderer website and their capsules. Have ordered from them twice now and products arrived than expected, unfortunately I needed to return one item but customer services were very helpful and gave me the option to return or store credit. Will definately order again from this company.

Gread customer service . The clothes were well packaged. They were a bit small for me but the customer servise was quick to respond with any questions I had. I ll buy again.
