Beautiful dresses, great quality and true to image and fit sizing on website. Found online and hadn’t seen in store before as I live in the UK so was skeptical to order without seeing in person. But absolutely will be shopping here again!

Package was open and clearly too small for two dresses. Dresses were not protected and not the same material as on the picture

Impossible to get in contact with their customer service. Have tried through the website, their phonenumber and email. Have been trying for over a week and no answer still.

The two dresses I ordered were both absolutely beautiful. Shipping to Belgium was very fast, and returning them was just as easy when they unfortunately didn’t fit. I was kept well informed by e‑mail throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely order here again in the future. Everything is just stunning!

Everything was great except for the packaging, which was very flimsy and offered no protection. On rainy days, everything arrives wet, both inside and out of the simple cardboard box.

This is my first experience with Lady Pipa. I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, it fit great and the quality and dress are wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that the dress was delivered 4 days from the date that it was ordered - from Madrid to Chicago. This is on my list as a go to for unique dresses!

Shipping was extremely fast but quality is shocking especially for the price. I received a dress where the fabric itself (not the seams) was ripping as I unzipped it.

After registering my return, I still haven't received a return label, so I can't send my package back. The return registration system wasn't working either. My emails were also never answered.

You're a great company with beautiful and interesting pieces, and very clean lines that are different from other companies. Great, helpful, and professional team. I'm currently having a problem with my order, but they're working on resolving it, hoping it ends well for both parties.
