So worth it
My order came within two days! Crazy considering I'm in Denver and the shipment came from Spain. It was a little interesting in sizing, for reference I'm 5'5, 135lbs and I ordered a small skirt and medium top. I definitely could've ordered a large top (I have wider shoulders and small bust) as it's a lot more cropped than expected. I am glad I ordered a medium instead of a small as I figured European girls are a lot smaller than me! Either way, I LOVE my set and cannot wait to wear it to my rehearsal dinner. Thanks LP!

They were so quick to ship! I LOVE my dress. I love everything about it. The weight of the material is my favorite. It looks beautiful and it is light and flowy not heavy.

Wrong sizes
The Dresses are beautiful and the service is super fast, but the sizes are all wrong. They say on the page of the dress "Choose your usual size" and for my surprise my "usual size" it doesn't even pass my hips. Maybe you need to have like a conversion of your sizes for numbers, like M corresponds to a 36, L to a 38, something like that. It was easier to choose the right size.

My dresses got returned to sender after…
My dresses got returned to sender after one failed delivery attempt and I have been trying to get in contact with the company about a refund or reshipment of my products and they responded once saying they are working on it and since then have been completely silent. I have no resolution and am currently out almost 700 EUR. This company seems to be a fraud and I will continue pressing until I am refunded and compensated for lack of communication.

I received a dress and co ord and the dress quality was ok, but the quality of the co-ord was terrible! Quite disappointed.

Amazing selection of dresses
Amazing selection of dresses. I have been searching for a wedding guest list and was getting discouraged until I find your site. Purchasing was easy and delivery was quick. I had to return 2/3 and process was great. Wish courier wasn't DHL. Not many locations in US

Poor quality dresses for the price tag and bad return experience
Poor quality dresses for the price tag. The fitting is also not great. This brand has a premium price tag and therefore I would expect impeccable fitting and material- but unfortunately that is not what you get. The dresses look a bit cheap tbh.
My other complaint goes to the return process: I have returned the dresses 2 weeks ago and I haven’t yet heard anything from them. No confirmation of having received the package nor a confirmation of the shipment being successful- this looks to me a disorganised process with no transparency for the customer.
I have tried to contact their customer service but its literally IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer that is not AI generated. Can I please be contacted and get information about my return?

Quality was lacking a little!
the speed of shipping was amazing, arrived in 3 days to the US. i was very excited when i got the dress, however he quality was lacking a little. The slip underneath was longer than the dress itself, so if i keep it i will have to get that altered to match. I am so upset since i love the pattern and fit, but with the slip poking out and some of the seams had threads coming out i didnt think it was worth the $300 price tag.
