Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! We decided to use a travel agent for our yearly holiday abroad, We wasn't disappointed! Katie at Ladybird travel was brilliant and catered to our needs as a family of x2 adults and x3 children, two of them under 5 years.. completely hassle free and very professional, we even received a cheaper price than we could find online by over £300 savings! The Ladybird travel tags was a great little touch and made collecting our luggage a lot more visible even when not wearing my glasses! Highly recommend. We will book with Ladybird again. Thankyou
