I recently booked a trip to Milan through Scotty Travel and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The highlight of our city break was visiting the beautiful QC Termemilano spa, which was absolutely incredible.
Claire took care of every detail from start to finish, making the whole process completely stress-free. Everything was perfectly organised and the trip was not only amazing but also very affordable. We visited the best restaurants (as she suggested) and enjoyed authentic Italian cuisine.
Our air BnB was within walking distance of the spa which was a god-send as were booked in for 8am spa to ensure we made the most of the facilities.
What really stood out was how accessible Claire was, she was always available by phone whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made a big difference!

Would highly recommend Scotty’s Travel. Claire is amazing.. it was like being hand held throughout the trip- it really had that personal touch which you don’t get with big travel agents. Booked a great value weekend in Bucharest for a start. Claire helped with the itinerary, transfers, recommendations etc. Claire checked in daily that everything was going to plan morning and night - she really went above and beyond- even down to the thank you gift for booking with Scotty’s Travel.
