This company is bogus. It’s the type of company that featured recently on “Rip Off Britain” and “This Morning”. They are based in China, not the UK and when you want a return, offer discounts to avoid reimbursement. Both programmes advised consumers to take note of the reviews and not to be taken in .
The quality of goods is poor, therefore, don’t be tempted by great prices. If it’s too good to be true, it really is,

La Casa della Fibra provides completely misleading information: fake descriptions, incorrect sizing, distorted image scales, and very poor quality.

This is my second message to trustpilot about my sent item. Demanded a refund because of poor quality and incorrect sizing and was initially offered 30% compensation then 60% otherwise item would have to be sent to China for a refund. The jacket cost £59.99 and then recorded delivery £37. What a scam something must be done about this and the company should not be allowed to trade. They have broken the trade discrimination and consumer rights. I should have read the comments.

They sent me the wrong order and it took 5 emails back and forth to resolve the matter. They’ll offer you first 10% off, then 30% and in the end 50% off, but I do not want the wrong item. Eventually they offered to send the correct item but I no longer want it. The quality is also shit for this price.

Terrible company do not order from! It’s a con. Phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails with request for refund info. Quality of product was shocking. Very expensive item ordered and so dissapointed. Tried to request refund but there no info link or customer service so o will contact my bank for a charge back. Order number LCDF6300. Item was £60 and arrived shrink wrapped like worse than the cheapest items off Amazon from china. Don’t waste your money

The purchase of the leather blazer unfortunately turned out to be a complete failure in terms of order fulfillment and after-sales service.

Prior to placing the order, I carefully reviewed the size chart provided by the seller. Based on the information presented, I decided to order one size larger than my standard size. I normally wear size L, but I ordered XL, as the differences in measurements were minimal and I wanted a slightly looser fit, which is fully reasonable for a leather blazer.

After several weeks of waiting, I received the shipment, and at this point there was a major discrepancy between expectations and reality. The delivered product did not correspond to the ordered size in any way. The blazer was sized more appropriately for a 10-year-old child. It was so small that it was impossible to even put an arm into the sleeve. The product clearly failed to meet the declared specifications.

I then contacted the seller via email, requesting the return address. I sent several messages. After a few days, I finally received a response; however, instead of providing a proper solution, the seller offered a refund of only 30% of the purchase value, without requiring the item to be returned. This proposal was unacceptable, as it does not resolve the issue of a non-compliant product and shifts responsibility onto the customer.

The entire process — from an inaccurate size chart, through a lack of quality control, to a very poor standard of complaint handling — demonstrates a low level of customer service. From the customer’s perspective, there is a clear lack of transparency, reliability, and genuine willingness to resolve the issue.

I do not recommend this purchase. The risk of receiving a product that does not match the description, combined with difficulties in obtaining a proper return or refund, is unacceptably high.

Poor quality product, not as advertised. No reply to refund request email. Theft. Do not buy from this website. I was foolish not to check Trustpilot first.

Shocking SCAM !!

I was buying a beautiful Amethyst mug, I actually received the most worthless resin cup you could imagine, nothing like the actual product. Shame I can’t add photos here, I paid £30 for this mug and when complained was offered £15 refund.. The mug isn’t even worth £5 it’s terrible and won’t be used. Hopefully Karma will be my refund

Took 3 weeks for item to arrive and when it finally did, the packaging looked like something from a seaside grabber machine and not what was shown in the images. Nothing premium about it to reflect the cost.
When I asked to return it they eventually replied (usually one email every 24 hours or so) they offered a 10% refund which I rejected.
24 hours later they offered 20% refund and 24 hours after that offered 30%.
I insisted I wanted to return it for a full refund and then they replied saying I’d have to send it recorded delivery to China which would cost half the item value plus the carbon footprint.

Buy from this website at your peril!! Scammers!!!

I feel sick in the stomach. I bought 3 very expensive pendant lights. The product arrived two weeks later , packaging was very good, one of the lights does not work and I am so disappointed despite having sent 3 emails , their contact number does not work. Please avoid purchasing from this company.

I purchased a large minimalist clock that arrived yesterday, they sent 4 rods, a base and 2 hands and nothing else to attach anything together. As expected there have been no responses to my emails and their customer service number doesn't even ring out. Please avoid at all costs!

Purchased a clock for £59.95 which looks amazing on the photo, received the item yesterday and it's not worth a bucket of ? Absolutely shocking that this site gets away with false advertising.
Three emails sent since yesterday and haven't had a response as of yet and if I don't these will be reported to Trading Standards!

Awful experience. DO NOT USE.
Purchased said item for Christmas present which was unsuitable and did not fit. They responded to 3 emails but when I insisted on a return for a refund they no longer replied.
I am now in the process of reporting them.
Prior.... When I complained about the length of time itwas taking to receive the item they said my item was not available from the UK warehouse so the postage took MUCH longer than expected as they had to ship from an international source and thats why the tracking didnt work.
DO NOT USE !

Awful, bought a lamp which looked amazing but its taken almost 2 weeks to arrive, its about half the size and it looks nothing like the photo. Its cheap tat.
