**They are using false Trustpilot claims on their website** The lights we bought were solar and not wired as advertised so useless to us. The most they agreed to refund was 40% of the cost but if I had sent the items back to China at my expense they said they would give me 100% refund, knowing full well the postage cost was more than the full price of the lights! They said, as they provide free postage, they will not pay for return postage no matter what the circumstances. I have pointed out that they are still advertising the product with false information and photos that do not match the product but they don't care.

Absolutely disgusted by the quality and misrepresentation of product. The goods didn't arrive in a timely manner either!
Insulted me by offering a 30% discount if I kept the item then upped this to 50%. They are now refusing to pay for shipping so O can recieve a refund

I bought two thermal lunchboxes and they are absolutely not doing the job they’re supposed to do, which is to keep food warm. I’ve sent them two emails for refund and not heard back. I really discourage anyone to buy anything from them

Complete scam. Ordered a nearly £30 clock and arrived not only broken, but the cheapest crap I've ever seen.
The clock face is a picture card and the hands aren't even attached.

I bought a dish drying rack for £60 believing by the pictures that it would be high quality sturdy product. I was very disappointed to find that it appears to be very flimsy and wasn't at all what I was expecting. I found the exact same product listed on Amazon for £14. This shop appears to be a dishonest dropshipper sending out very cheap Chinese products. Avoid at all costs! The reviews on their website appear to be all fake as they say they have a 5 star rating on trustpilot but when I came here I found that they only have a 1 star rating!! What an absolute shock.

Lovely watch but disappointed that it wasn’t in a box, I think this made the item appear cheap which isn’t the case

Delivery took longer than expected so I was not going to put 5 stars but the quality is exceptional… blown away! So happy with the results well worth the wait!

Scammers. What can I say...

Please avoid this store. These are resellers and dropshippers who simply send you terrible-quality Chinese items that cost £2–3 on Shein or Temu. They sell them for £39–40.

I bought a horrible entrance matt that looked great in the photos, but what I received was a wrinkled, smelly, shapeless rag made from a completely different material. This is nothing but a scam.

I even found the exact same item on Shein through a Google search. It costs £2-3 there, and I paid over £40 including delivery. The delivery also took more than two weeks — now it’s obvious why.

So guys, if you want to buy low-quality items, you can just go directly to Chinese platforms. There is absolutely no point in overpaying for terrible quality. This store should honestly be shut down because they are simply scammers.

I made my order before having read the reviews which I am so glad I did for had I read the review I probably would not have ordered. My coat came in super quick time and considering this is my first time ordering the fit was perfect normally when I purchase something elsewhere I have to get it altered but this was superb fit, the colour was right and I love it. The only fault I would say is do not advertise as a winter coat it was more suitable for spring and autumn which again suit me as I wanted it for May which is spring as I will be attending a garden party so it will be just right not too heavy. Well done for keeping going especially the the mountain of bad reviews if you had given up then I would not have gotten my coat in the perfect colour and fit that I needed.

The order went through nice and quick (doesn’t it always) thereafter it was dreadful.
Apparently the goods come from the USA (i believe) and it would have been quicker if I’d fetched it on my pushbike.
I’m quite happy to wait for good to come slowly from other countries as long as I’m not given the impression it’s coming in a few days. It was for my daughter’s milestone birthday.
It may be that it was their choice of courier (Yodel) that was the issue but the totally inadequate tracking system by both the seller and Yodel was abysmal.
Messages like ‘we have your parcel’ (repeated every few days) don’t help. Neither do ‘ it’s at the airport’.
Please don’t buy from these people if you need something delivering in a timely manner.

i brought a jacket over 2 weeks ago now and ive had no shipping updates what so ever they also ignore all emails and put the wrong phone number on there website.

My wife ordered a waterproof coat from this site. Delivery took a while and we had to chase it up.On receipt it didn't live up to expectations or the product description on the Web site. However, that was just the start of our problems. Checked on the Web site for returns, took pictures and emailed as instructed. This started a series of emails that just kept bouncing back. Went back on the site to get a contact number only to find that while the number rings, it just cuts off after a few rings. Tried again at various times with same result. Back on site to see if they have an enquiry section, emailed this and we actually had an apologetic reply requesting pictures etc as before. Replied to this only for it to bounce back,several times. I can only say based on our experience avoid this company like the plague, their customer service is non existent, their various contact details just don't work, not interested once they have taken your money I'm afraid.

Selling stuff that you can buy from temu, same quality at 50% cheaper.
They shouldn't be allowed as a company they are more like scamming mafia

I paid £45 for a lamp which looked good in the picture on the website. After some delay it finally arrived. I wish it hadn't. Rather than a good quality product intended as a birthday gift,it is like a children's toy made by another child. Very poor quality and basically a complete rip off. I've made enquiries about returning it and receiving a refund but I won't hold my breath. Such a waste of money. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing the shoddy product.

Do what they promise on their web site and I quote- We are committed to provide fast reliable and seamless delivery to all our customers. None of this statement is true. Start there though not the only problem in doing business with this company it would be a start.

I ordered a waterproof, winter, fleece lined jacket - a thin, low quality jacket arrived with thin fleece lining which came off on my clothes. Definitely not worth the £50 paid. Tried to return but was told it would need to go back to China (£13 to send) as was sent from their "International warehouse" as the UK warehouse was sold out. Was offered various partial refunds which slowly increased over time. Finally for the hassle factor I took the 60% refund. They don't reply to your emails, waiting for over a week at a time. I would say, don't order from them.
