Very professional and efficient. My contact at Labrums, Isaac, listened to me. He kept me informed of developments. Arranged a meeting for me in Spain at a Notary close by and organised an official translator to preside ; as my Spanish is not proficient enough to fully comprehend legal jargon.
Twenty-five minutes after the meeting Isaac called me to make sure everything went smoothly. It had! I would have every confidence in using Labrums in the future.

A first class professional service from the outset. Communication was excellent we were always aware of what was happening. The Reception team were always polite and friendly and knew who we were when we called. A top service for a reasonable price.

Labrums handled our house sale / purchase. We were very pleased with the service that was provided by Roxanne. She always seemed to be very on point, and moved the processes along swiftly.
Our only gripe was with the electronic system that the company use for documentation. It was never entirely clear how it worked, and we had a number of issues with it.

Thanks to Laura and her team for all the support on the purchase of our house! Fantastic experience from the sofware at the start where we uploaded all our documents, to when we were speaking with Laura and she was explaining some of the complexities around covenants etc and what they mean. Would thoughorly recomend these guys!

Laura provided a first class service dealing with our recent house move. Correspondence was always timely, efficient and highly professional. It's nice to come across people who clearly take pride in their work and do it to the best of their ability.

The purchase of my new home was handled easily and professionally by Labrums. Roxanne and her team dealt with all my requests in a friendly and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly use their services in future.

My only criticism is that communication at times was a little slow, and that the portal for document transfers was not as good as others that I have used in the past.
The team were all very friendly, and the property freehold report that they produced was very comprehensive.

Unfortunately, I had to update my review for Labrums because of the last transaction I had. Sharing the transaction of the SDLT payment and proof of land registry update application comes as standard in purchases. However, I haven't received any updates on these two and when I asked for an update the response was "We do not as standard update clients of the points you have raised below." I was lucky that the solicitor still shared with me the necessary reference numbers but how on earth that sharing these is not a part of standard procedure while they are charging for these activities. They have to include this in their standard process like all other solicitors do.

Great service for the sale of my flat. Efficient, answered questions promptly & Laura Mills got the job done. Yes would definitely recommend them.

This firm is all about money and shows little concern for their clients. They were dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for genuine legal support.
