Have used KwikMed for several years, but was not informed when they were banned from shipping to MN. I then made an order to ship to an address in a neighboring state. I got a call to confirm that address and the person said everything was fine, but I have had no communications from now in two weeks, except this survey. Very frustrated.

KwikMed is outstanding in their service. I placed my order online and received a call from the company almost Immediately. I was told that the phone medical appointment would occur in a few moments.
After the phone appointment, I received a call letting me know that the order was approved and being processed. The order arrived 2 days later.
