Bought a car from KVDbil. they offer delivery serviss and i accepted. At the time of delivery appeared, that spare winter wheels set is absent and it was stated in delivery documents CMR.
KVD was contacted immediately and promised to check. answer was simply that the do not have wheels. After they just stop answering e-mails
so they did not deliver what they have sold

Although, it went smooth but few things were not clear.
What are the nxt steps after a person wins an auction. It is not known to a new kvd customer who auctions for first time.
The only question fro. Kvd was when we can pick up car and the loan should have been ready.
Communication could have been better handled. Process can be improved. Not even single email about confirmation, amount including the fee was received.
In the end car was good so it was okay otherwise it would be a total disappointment.

Excellent service. The salesman I dealt with, Tim Karlsson offered me a good price for my car. He was then very quick to respond to any questions I had, didn’t reduce the initial price excessively (as similar companies would in the UK) and arranged a fast and efficient handover of the vehicle. Very impressed 👍

I've bought a car on kvd auction, there was written that the engine has no remarks, everything is good.
Turns out after I import it to my country that the engine is taking 2 liters of engine oil per 1000 km! So between oil change internal I would have to fill up 60 liters of oil.
I wrote to the complaint department and finally they responded that it is my problem, and I should expect from the used car that engine might be finished!!
They hide the information about engine and they left me with broken engine.

I am writing this review with the utmost urgency regarding the serious issues I have encountered with my recent car purchase from KVD. As a valued customer, I am deeply concerned and disappointed by the poor level of service and the various problems I have faced, and I kindly request your immediate attention and resolution of these matters.
Firstly, I am extremely concerned about a hidden fault that I have discovered in the car I purchased from your company. Upon closer inspection, I have found significant damage that was not disclosed to me prior to the sale. This is a serious issue that calls into question the quality and condition of the vehicle I have acquired.
In addition to this hidden fault, I am also deeply troubled by the lack of transparency and accurate information provided by your employees. Weeks ago, one of your staff members incorrectly informed me that my 8,000 SEK deposit had already been refunded, when in fact it has been 4 weeks and I have still not received the money. This is a clear failure in your customer service processes and communication.
Furthermore, I am concerned about the delay in the document ordering process for my car purchase transaction. Form KVD FAQ : The Swedish registration documents will be sent to you by DHL after the car has been picked up. As I mentioned , I have already provided the signed CMR in order to facilitate the deposit refund process. However, I am still awaiting the critical registration document from KVD, which I need to complete the registration in Poland within the required 30-day timeframe. The delay in obtaining these documents is causing me significant stress and concern, as I am worried about potential penalties.
The lack of detailed information in your FAQs regarding the process of exporting a car from Sweden to other European Union countries, as well as the proper procedure for returning a deposit, has only compounded the issues I have faced. Additionally, the employees responsible for interacting with customers seem to provide unverified and false information, and they do not adequately address or follow up on repeated customer inquiries. This is completely unacceptable and has severely undermined my confidence in KVD's ability to resolve my concerns.
While the sales process, car presentation, and initial post-sale contact were satisfactory, the customer service after the sale has been woefully inadequate. I am your client, and I deserve better treatment than this.
Not recommending this company.

Two weeks ago, after many emails and requests for clarification, one of your employees wrote that the money from the deposit had already been returned to me. Two weeks later, it turns out that the money was not returned to me. What do I not like? Your FAQ does not provide detailed information on the process of exporting a car from Sweden to other European Union countries. There is no information regarding the details of returning the money from the deposit. Employees who contact the customer provide unverified and false information. Employees responsible for contact with the customer do not answer the customer's repeated questions. The sales process, presentation of the car, post-sale contact with the customer (until the customer pays the money) is at a good level. However, the customer service process after the sale is at a terrible level...........................
I am your client and I have been waiting for the refund of my deposit of 8000 SEK for 4 weeks. I did everything you asked me to do from my own money. Why haven't I received my money yet? Why is it so difficult to contact you? Until I bought the car and paid for it, I could count on you. You responded quickly to emails and my questions. Unfortunately, from the moment I asked for the refund of the deposit, the company has been responding with a delay of several days. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund of the deposit for 4 weeks. The only explanation I have received from the person responsible for contact is that my account (Revolut) is being checked by the finance department. At the moment, I am suspending the transaction with this company and warning others.

Bought a Toyota Yaris through an auction. The car was as described without hidden problems and the overall price was satisfactory. The price was OK but we could not take it by ourselves. It was too difficult with the papers and we had to hire transportation. I would double check if it would be to buy another one from Sweden.
Kvdbill are doing their job in a cold Nordic culture, so do not expect to answer to all your concerns! They were polite and did their job in a professional way. It was consuming for us to not know/see what we have bought and it took a lot of time till the car reached our home.

But since I had to transfer the money from another EU country, it was kind of complicated, that KVD could only receive SEK and not offer an Euro account. This kind of transactions take much longer and therefore difficult to plan one's journey to Sweden, since KVD of course wants that the buyer picks up the car asap.
Also the different features on their website is very consumer friendly.
I can just highly recommend KVD!

Excellent costumer service and communication, bit unfortunately, there is still flaws in their processes, as one of the newly changed wheels had the nuts loose. Luckily I noticed this before entering a highway and came back where they were quick to apologize and fix the problem
