This is the 2nd time I use KVD and 100%…
This is the 2nd time I use KVD and 100% the last time.
I got a contract for the price we agreed and I signed it then I got confirmation that KVD signed it.
Then I got a call that the price is less and the contract is not valid even thought it was signed. The logic or may I say the lack of it, and the attitude was not what one expects.
I accepted the new offer as I had not time to tack the car back and not time to argue.
I will never recommend KVD to anyone.

Car came with faults
Car came with wrong tires despite i paid for changing them,there was cark on the left lamp on drivers side and i had to wait long time to recive financial compenstation for that.
Now i found that webasto is is releasing SMOKE into car. I was not informed about any of these faults.

Its very easy to buy Car.
I am not from Sweden & this is my first car, few things everyone should know is you should have Bank ID, that helps alot.
You should have last name - that is important for Bank ID + Transfer car on your name.
KVD team has been wonderful in terms of communication, explaining about car, you get what you saw their survey is detailed that makes you confident for next purchase. I never thought buying car would be that easy. Basically it got delievered to my home. :)

It was awful when I traveled through…
It was awful when I traveled through cruise all day long to collect the car at visby and the concerned person ( frede) didn't answer my phone all the way even till today he didn't ask me what happened on that day.but thanks to the guy who was managing motorcycle shop may be a part of kvd. When he knows my situation, he cameup and help me to reduce my stress and manage to handover the car to me.
