I experienced delivery problems twice, but they were due to local issues — not Kuxiu’s fault. Both times, Kuxiu provided excellent service with quick and helpful responses. They promptly sent a replacement device. Great and friendly service!

I bought the KUXIU X40Q QI2 15W 3-In-1 charger a year ago, and it’s been one of my best tech purchases. I use it daily during my business trips and hotel stays, and it's now an essential part of my travel kit. The design is compact and lightweight, but still solid and premium.

I was very happy with the experience of the wireless charger. But one day a noticed a high pitch noise coming from it when there was no device charging. I reported to kuxiu and the customer service was awesome. We were able to detect that the problem came from the outlet plug and they offered to send me a new one. A product I recommend with a 5-star customer service.

The customer service team were excellent and very responsive. My iPad charging stand failed and after contacting them, they sent a replacement, received within a few days. They seem to have addressed the issues with the failed charging port with an upgraded version. Thanks for the support in dealing with my issue.

I ordered the X36 Pro MAX (2025), but the initial shipment faced delivery issues for reasons unknown and got sent back. Following I had trouble reaching customer support at first, as the email wasn’t responsive. However, as soon as I received a response (2 days later), the issue was resolved quickly. The item was reshipped after a quick check of the order details. All follow-up questions were answered within an hour. While delivery issues happen, Kuxiu's excellent customer support handled everything efficiently, and I’m very satisfied with the resolution as well as the product itself.
