The best support team with decent products
Shipment was fast, customer service team was even faster! Had an issue with a knob after using the stand for several months, they kindly sent me a replacement without a question. Really appreciate how they arranged the whole thing :)

I bought 2 chargers, first one a few months earlier, second one just a few weeks ago based on great experience with the first one. The second charger adapter had an issue, therefore I contacted the service team, it was a great experience with them as well. Within 2 emails they confirmed the replacement of the adapter in a fast and efficient way.
A next level customer service experience
A next level customer service experience. I emailed them about a warranty as my iPad stand had stopped charging my iPad. They got back to me and within 15 minutes, had confirmed that they would send me at no cost at all a brand new stand. That is ridiculous. These guys are serious and I am beyond impressed. Great product too I can’t imagine not having it and there are no comparable iPad stands that I know of.

I’ve been using Kuxiu chargers for a long time and I’m very satisfied with all their products. Recently, one charger stopped working. I sent their support team a video, and they noticed that the charger in the video was a different color than the one I originally ordered — not sure why there was other color in invoice. Despite this, they still replaced it with a brand-new charger. Fantastic customer service and great products!

I recently purchased a 3-in-1 MagSafe charger from Kuxiu and have been impressed with the quality so far. The design feels sturdy, the materials are premium, and it’s compact enough for travel.
When my order arrived, the wall adapter had an EU plug instead of the UK/Ireland style. I reached out to Kuxiu’s customer service, and they responded quickly and professionally. They immediately offered to send the correct adapter free of charge,Communication was polite, clear, and very helpful throughout the process.
It’s rare these days to get such responsive and solution-focused support. Based on my experience, I’m happy to recommend Kuxiu for both their products and customer service.

Great company to deal with
I ordered the travel charger for my iPhone, airbuds and Apple Watch and it has been brilliant until its connection started being a bit flakey. Flagged direct to the company, who requested videos to explain my issue. The company proactively chased me to follow up on issue and have now committed to replacing the unit. A great customer service, all interactions were very polite and personal and for me, a great outcome without any push back, excuses or failure to respond which is all too common with a lot of companies these days. They were pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend them as a quality provider.

My Experience with Kuxiu
I recently orders one of there products and it turned out to be the wrong version that I orders. I reached out to them and the were awesome. They sent me a usps label to ship it back and promptly sent me the correct version. That is rare to find these days in a business. They have a customer for life now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Super great product and awesome customer service.

KUXIU is not Apple certified
KUXIU is not Apple certified. MagSafe solid state power bank caused my iPhone to overheat on a cool hard surface. When I changed to the cable the iPhone stopped charging with a warning message “current too high”. I contacted KUXIU and they insisted I plug in the cable and video the shutdown and warning message. I rang Apple and they said I risked damaging my iPhone 16 pro max. I advised KUXIU and they stopped responding. KUXIU should work with Apple to become certified. Lesson learned. Apple emailed their recommended 3rd party power banks, ok if you live in Australia but they don’t ship to NZ. The KUXIU power banks are nice looking, sleek and light. Going forward, I hope they fix these problems.

I had an issue with my wireless…
I had an issue with my wireless charging stand dropping its charge with my phone at 100% which cases it to exit Stand By mode and then return to it a couple seconds later.
I contacted support about it, sent them a video as requested, but never got any insight into my issue. I also found their communication style to be very verbose and robotic; I could not tell if I was speaking with an bot or not.
Update: I was offered a small, partial refund and was not able to return the item as I had discarded the original packaging. While I didn't really feel like I was being listened to, and didn't like the verbose overly friendly language they used, the support was, for the most part, very responsive.
Update 2: The issue I had with Standby Mode has been resolved after updating my phone. Looks like it was a software issue with my phone all along.

Customer service beyond the rest
From start to finish my experience with this company has been amazing. I originally miss ordered and received a product that was not actually for my device. Their customer service helped me throughout the entire process with the return and receiving the new product that I should’ve ordered in the first place even though it was my mistake, they didn’t hesitate to help me rectify the situation at all. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase any of their products.
