Please don't buy here

Please don't buy here. Bought a smartring. Wanted to give it back during the 30 day trial period. The procedures are complicated, even after you file for return, they don't send you the return order (you have to keep mailing to ask) to avoid you from sending it back. In the end they gave me the return label. They received the ring in pristine condition on 24th of February and never got back to us. End result is that we have paid for the ring, lost our money and also the ring. Be advised, stay away.
