Very friendly and helpful customer service. There's a handwritten note in the parcel explaining in detail how to use the cup and spoon, which is very helpful. I ordered the Kuksa cup as a present for my husband but missed the deadline to claim for a birch burl spoon even though it was still advertised on the website. I emailed the shop and they were happy to pop a free spoon in as well. It was such a nice surprise. The delivery was quite speedy and fuss free as well.

Best experience I've ever had using these natural exquisite handcrafted authentic wooden items. My favorite is clearly the kuksa cup made from authentic birch with a reindeer bone for decoration. I feel connected to nature with these items in a way that plastic and glass can't make me feel. Also, it's non toxic and authentic wood (not from china) meaning its good for overall health. I also love feeling like a viking while drinking from my kuksa cup and feel connected from that side of my ancestry. The items may seem expensive to most but I promise you they are not. You are paying for authentic handcrafted items that were made with attention to detail and care. They are not some fake toxic wood that a machine made from China. You're paying for the high quality items, culture, craft, artistry, care, and connection to nature all in one. I even paid extra to have it shipped to the u.s. and it came so unexpectedly quickly with a lovely handwritten note. I will definitely order more items from Kuksa Shop. I will never stop buying from Kuksa Shop and will continue to support their business because i know im paying for the exact perfect quality that i want. That's how much I love my kuksa.

My experience with the Kuska Shop was outstanding from beginning to end. I was looking for a tradional kuska and found just what I was looking for from this site. Ordering was easy and fast. Shipping was fast as well. My cup was very well protected with straw like packaging material and boxed to withstand it's long journey by mail. Directions on how to maintain my kuska was also included. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This was a wonderful experience purchasing my first original Kuksa. The staff emailed me very quickly in answering all my questions as this is the first time I have purchased a wooden Kuksa cup. I also like the history and blog about the traditional culture of the Sami people and how they make and use the Kuksa. Will definitely be purchasing more items from this company.

The kuksa I bought and received looks exactly like in the pictures. It's an exquisite handmade one and I'm happy like a dog with two tails with it. Furthermore, Anne-Laure provided a more than excellent service, from her answer to my first question till the moment she was sure I received my kuksa well (it travelled a long way). Highly recommended!
