Beautiful cup, fantastic service!
I’ve just received my order from Kuksa Shop and I’m absolutely delighted. The wood and crafting of my cup is stunning and the Christmas tree decorations really beautiful. The customer service was exceptional - very quick and helpful responses when there was a problem with my payment going through and a very kind and thoughtful extra gift because of this. I’ve loved getting the Kuksa Shop mailings and their website is full of fantastic information on the products and how-to guides but I’m so happy to now have one and that the experience was so lovely! I will be purchasing more from them!

I bought this cup for my boyfriend and he loves it. It was beautiful!
The hand written note with instructions was a great added touch that made the hand made experience even better. The soap was unique (I love added touches like that) and overall a great buying experience. Will buy more! Thank you and keep up the great work!

This company is basically a sham....
The cup that I paid for was supposed to be from birch burl. It was very expensive. The cup I received was actually made from straight-grained birch. No evidence of burl. I'm a woodturner and I work with burl all the time. I paid close to $300 for a cup I could have bought for $30. It doesn't look to be hand carved either. It's clearly machine made. In other words, I feel ripped off.
