Fantastic company, from the moment we joined there has been clear communication, accessing the service was so easy with clear instructions and support on hand. Emails are answered swiftly and I have had no issues in my time with Kinetic. Prices are very reasonable for the service. I would highley recommend Kinetic Telecom

Probably the worst internet/broadband I've ever had connection issues and when u ring them they say its because of where you're living given a booster box which has not boosted anything I would not recommend

We moved into new property in Abingdon and were given a list of Wi-Fi suppliers that were compatible with the fibre broadband connected to the property. I chose Kinetic because the reviews were excellent and it also represented value for money. I have never regretted it. Their ‘after sales’ is excellent, their WiFi system is very efficient. I chose 160mb speed and 2 routers (£50 each) to create a ‘mesh’ to cover a blind spot in the house. Everything works perfectly and if you need to contact them you are straight through to a real person!

We signed up with Kinetic Telecom nearly a year ago and the wi-fi signal has been brilliant the whole time. Really pleased as we were influenced by previous reviews when signing up.

Moved home around a year ago and started using Kinetic Telecom for our broadband, which provides streaming for our TV and internet for our computers. We have been extremely happy with their service, reliability and costs. The company are very helpful and our broadband is fast and very reliable and of all the providers we have used in the past, Kinetic have proved to be the best, don’t hesitate in giving them a try.

Kinetic are the best provider out of all the ones available under OFNL - The service provided is outstanding and any issue is always rectified immediately.

We have been with them since moving into this house in October 2020.

They are a fountain of knowledge and have also helped me with some additional computer issues outside of their remit.

Its great to have customer service like it use to be and for people to actually help and be easily contactable as well.

We have now increased our services to the highest package and the service is brilliant

Joined Kinetic December 2023. I had issues with the internet connections in our new house, there was never any delay in getting a response from the owner and he and his staff bent over backwards in order to help, even reducing our bill because of the lack of internet, but the problem was never caused by Kinetic, the house builder had wired up the internet wrongly and once they rewired the internet it was fine and has been ever since, but that has not stopped Kinetic from checking that all is well.

You will never find any delay like other companies even out of working hours.

The service is excellent.

The Internet Connection is excellent.

The land line connection is excellent.

If you want excellent service at an excellent price then go to Kinetic. I cannot recommend them any higher than I have.

They are a newish company but do not be put off by that and when you check them out on the web and you think they do not supply the service you need, ring them and discuss your requirements like I did and they produce a package that I needed cheaper than any of the others with no hidden costs, they are upfront with what they charge and when they charge it, but more importantly with better service provided than any other company also.

When looking for a provider it must be apple for apple to decide on cost, service and reliability.

Please check them out this company deserves to have your custom.

For me they offered a loyalty of £20.00 at the end of my first year, which I declined to take purely because of their excellent service throughout the year, that is how pleased I am.

Make your life happier, worry free and more relaxed by having the service of this excellent company.

I’ve been with kinetic telecom for 2 years now and never had any issues. It was so easy to get set up and the Wi-Fi box isn’t an eyesore like some can be. Would 100% recommend

Darren and the team at KTEL are one of the few businesses remaining that really care about excellent service.

Any query I have had they have always had a prompt answer.

Any OFNL outages they are more than helpful with updates. And pro-active about telling me about scheduled maintenance windows.

I wish more businesses were operated with such high levels of excellence.

They offer every product available and are extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products offered.

I cannot think of how they could improve things really, all I ask is they never change.

OFNL should cherish having KTEL as a front door broadband provider.

Fantastic service. Speeds are great and extremely reliable. Price is spot on. Always very responsive to queries. We had a choice of 15 suppliers when we purchased our new house and very glad we went with Kinetic Telecom.

They don’t hike their prices, their service is very reliable and on the off chance that the service does go down, they issue an automatic refund.

In addition, their customer service teams responds to you very quickly.

This company has been excellent from the time I chose them as my fibre optics internet supplier some three and a half years ago.
Darren has always put himself out to help and advise when I’ve needed it and the prices are in my view very competitive for what you get.
