DELIVERY TOOK A LONG TIME CAME FROM ABROARD BUT PURCHASED FROM KSWISS UK BUT AS I ONLY WEAR KSWISS RINZLER THEY WERE WELL WORTH THE WAIT
Product quality is excellent only let down by the rubbish & no doubt cheap courier used (Evri) who delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I managed to retrieve the next day.

A premium feeling trainer
A premium feeling trainer. Very stylish, but a little too bulky and heavy for any serious running. Otherwise it's very good like all KSwiss products.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, not interested in customer satisfaction, I should have read the reviws before ordering!
Ordered some shoes 9 days ago and tracking says cleared customs 31st July 09.52, no update on tracking from Evri, customer service says may be a problem will have to wait and no refund.
This is not acceptable in todays customer experience, hence the 1 star review

Awful service.
My experience with the delivery company.
Was awful. My first experience was the delivery driver thought my parcel over my fence. They didn't press our gate bell. Which was working plus. I stay in waiting for parcel. The second time the delivery driver dropped off my parcel. To my neighbours house which is 203. They didn't attempt to deliver my parcel to the right address.
Very poor service. I will not order from your site anymore.

Hello,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery of your order. We completely understand your frustration, especially as the parcel was first thrown over your fence and then delivered to the wrong address.
Unfortunately, the delivery itself is handled by the carrier, and we regret that their service did not meet the expected standards. We will make sure your feedback is shared with the relevant team.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
Kind regards,
K-Swiss Customer Service
The trainers were delivered from France…
The trainers were delivered from France not the Uk. It took much longer than I expected - a week rather than a few days. The same size trainers were too small so they were returned the same day they were delivered. Again the process of acknowledgement was too long. I won’t use KSwiss online again.
