Excellent experience. The sign came the next day and looked amazing. I’ve also lost one of the bin sign due to my address being changed so not their fault however they’ve replaced it free of charge. Customer service was responding instantly and I really highly recommend them. 5 stars.

My house sign arrived very promptly and looks fabulous. I could not believe how brilliant the step by step instructions were- even has a template for drilling and tells you what size drill bit to use. Very good quality and I would highly recommend.

The house sign was excellent value for the price paid. The ordering, completion and delivery took only a few days. Easy to fix, with supplied template and simple to follow instructions, ensuring a perfect result, first time. I had a problem with my order, my error not theirs but, a telephone call with the company ensured an immediate remedy without causing any delay to completion of the order. Very good service and would recommend the company unreservedly.

Excellent customer service and response times.
Although our sign was 3 years old, it was showing signs (excuse the pun) , where the aluminium (or similar material) was degrading along its lower edge. Many companies in my experience,nowadays would simply have not responded at all and stated.. normal 'wear and tear ' etc etc . This was not the case with this company.. sign replaced with minimal fuss and a few photos sent .. I would thoroughly recommend and any signage required in the future we will not hesitate to give them our service..

Great signs, trying to buy my 2nd batch of signs now, but dear lord, Comms is not one of their strengths. They don't pick up the phone, they don't reply to email messages, or eBay messages. When they do reply to emails they really don't want to walk you through the sale. Take my money, and send me a sign.

This is a really well made plaque for the front of my flat. The plaque is sturdy. The lettering is clear and the chrome effect back looks amazing. The price was one of the best I found. The plaque was made the same day that I ordered and delivery was next day. I have good communication from the company throughout the transaction. Many thanks from an impressed customer

Having received a house number from ksmartsign, they said I'd ordered it again when I'd gone on a different link to order wire baskets. Ksmartsign took money from my account, refused to pay me back even though I'd returned their sign I didn't order, wouldn't believe it was a bug/glich with ebay, owner of ksmartsign said I'm lying. Previous occasion he rang my private number no idea how he got it and he was very rude to me. I wouldn't recommend them after a bad experience. The original sign I received 2 months ago was fine.

Bought an address sign as a present and chased it up via an email when it appeared to be taking more time than suggested. Reply promptly received promising it was being posted out the next day and a 30% reduction if I chose to order a further one, which I did and this one was received within 24 hours. Both parties are highly delighted with these items. Superb service. Thank you.

This company have 97% good reviews, which I suspect are from those who never had to deal with their rude and uninterested customer services when something goes wrong.

This is such a simple product that this is more than likely going to be the case.

So if you buy I hope that you become one of the 97% club, otherwise 'good luck'.

My oblong 4 fixing sign arrived, it is cheap plastic and cheap perspex, you can buy a slate sign for less.

It came with incorrect fixings x 8 (a bit confusing) and no instructions on how to use them.

Checked website but the only instructions are for a 2 fixing sign?

I called on their 24/7 number and was told they close at 1600 and to send a photo so I did at 1500 hrs at 1550 nothing heard so I called back and was told " We will get to you". They never did so I bought my own fixings and sorted it myself.

Don't buy from these bandits buy a nice slate one instead.
