Be careful when you order from this site. We ordered some goalkeeper gloves with post and package quoted as £9.99. It now turns out that UPS won't deliver the parcel until we pay £43 in customs duty and import sales tax!

I first found out about Keepersport on Instagram. While I initially thought it would only be about goalkeeper gloves and equipment, their pleasantly designed website convinced me that Keepersport provides everything you need as a footballer. They have frequent and high discounts and are always up to date with their assortment.
Even non-footballers can order sports equipment like clothing or regeneration tools, making this a state of the art sports and football provider.
When I ordered a pair of football boots and had to return them because they didn't fit me well, everything went smoothly without any hassle. That's more than you can say for other businesses!

Sent football boots back, was delayed due to customs even though I did everything they said I needed to do. Tracking shows they have now received the boots but I have heard nothing about anything. No acknowledgement, no refund no anything. They say they offer a customer friendly returns policy, 3 weeks later and still not been refunded. You only have two weeks to return the boots. Wouldn’t be surprised if they turn around and tell me it’s too late to return them. Worst returns process I have ever know. I will certainly never use this company again.

Very happy with the gloves purchased from Keepersport and the overall service. Good communication throughout the delivery process with regular updates on the whereabouts of the deliver. Item arrived in the UK within 5 working days.

Great website, very efficient with sales and returns for all brands but the KS branded products are top notch especially their gloves!

Ordered some football boots, they car and were too small. In order to send them back I have to pay to return them. So I have. I sent them ten days ago and have heard nothing, I contacted customer services 10 days ago to make them aware I was sending them back, I have messaged to see if they have received them, I have had no reply from any messages I have sent, I’ve tried live chat and no one replies, I have called the telephone numbers and it goes to a voicemail. So basically a pair of boots I paid £65 for plus £15 to return £80 in total has just been taken from me.

Be really careful using KEEPERsport if you spend over £135.

I have just bought items that are cheaper to buy in the UK due to the import tax now charged by UPS and the UK government. The levy is £56.31 on £249 of goods.

That said if you buy goods below £135 in total then Gyuri is good at coming back to you with information.

This is the fifth time I’ve ordered with keepersport & the customer service is top notch especially from Gyuri, I will continue shopping here for the great deals & top service.

Hello, i ordered 2 pairs of gloves and it is ok, in the same package i ordered and keeper sport glue 1l and it was broken and empty when it came to me... I can uploud photo

the products are good, but they wear out quickly and the gloves on the seams crack quickly, but all in all, it's temporary, just pay a little attention to the quality because of us, great goalkeepers

Ordered gloves. Was expecting delivery on 09/11/21. On the day before I was informed that I had refused delivery because I didn’t order them. No one attempted delivery. Keepersport want me to contact UPS, who it is impossible to speak to anyone. So no gloves, and £42 down. Customer service appalling.
