I had faulty goalkeeper gloves, but the customer service was quick, prepared, polite After we discussed that the product will probably fail again under my usage, they agreed, i mean they offered to send my money back in a 2 turn email conversation.

Site issue, terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and there was an issue at checkout, after I paid nothing happened. No confirmation email or anything. So I placed a new order for the same things. A couple of days later after I already receive my second order, I get a notice that my original order is on the way. So obviously there is an issue because how can the first order dispatch only after I receive the second one. I contact their customer service and they couldn't care less, very rude. Basically it's always the customer's fault and they are going to make me pay to return. Will not ordering from them again. I do not recommend anyone to order from this store.

Dear Melvin, we are sorry for your bad shopping experience. However, we have checked your cases and unfortunately we are not to blame here and could not have done better. On the same day, you submitted two different orders in different names, with different e-mail addresses, with two different payment methods, where we immediately get a confirmed reservation of the paid amount. Which means that the orders go into preparation immediately, because we want to deliver the ordered goods to our customers as quickly as possible. You may have entered the wrong e-mail address the first time and because of this you did not receive the first confirmation of the order. Only 5 days later you contacted our customer service team using the e-mail address from the second order. When you contacted us and said that you accidentally ordered twice, our employee checked your problem and told you that both orders were already on the way and that you can return one order at any time. Of course, he warned you that the only thing you cannot return is the product that you had printed with your name, because of course such products cannot be returned. After reviewing all the facts, I find your opinion and comment unjustified. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best and if you ever decide to buy from KEEPERsport again, we will be happy to accept it and process it professionally.

Misguiding offer, exensive returns, mascarades as local store while being a foreign one.
Incorrect sizing guide online, poor support, very long shipping time. They have domains in multiple countries to pretend they are a local store. If you don't get the size right, you have to pay shipping cost outside of your own country.
Their offer is poorly organised, gloves under kids section have sizes strating with pre-adolescent teens upwards to the largest hands one has, no kids sizes at all...

I ordered goalkeeper gloves a few days ago. I bought it on the Black Friday promotion. the original price was almost £80. on sale around £35. The gloves turned out to be a cheap dud. Very thin latex - about 2mm. These gloves aren't even worth £5. I am very disgusted.

Customer service refreshing and TOP NOTCH
The customer service that I received after purchasing from this website is absolutely refreshing and TOP NOTCH. It always makes me a bit nervous ordering from sites located outside of the United States... but the level of service exhibited by György from their organization in particular quickly put my mind at ease. Warning to UK customers on .co.uk site
Warning to UK customers on .co.uk site. What is not made clear at the point so sale is the import duty which will need paid on receipt of goods.
Whilst reviewing the offers on this site research the import costs to the UK, which could be as high as 25% (which is my experience) and negates the discount.
Though I'm sure the companies response will be a snap shot of T&C's hidden somewhere.

I understand that having a separate Brexit page, a warning message on our shipping page and information in our Terms & Conditions might not be enough, as not all people read these before placing an order. KEEPERsport UK's site is supposed to alert you if your order value exceeds the threshold. Our prices include the 20% UK VAT, so only shipments over £162 (incl. VAT and excl. shipping) are obliged to pay customs duty and import sales tax. Evidently, the system is not perfect yet, your order may have slipped through. We have been working hard on perfecting this system.
You are never forced to pay the import costs, you may always refuse to accept your package and have it sent back to us for a refund. The decision has been always in your hands.
I hope you will consider us in the future.
