STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to select one to leave a review!
3 months in on a brand new pizza prep fridge and the compressor stops working, claim under the 12 month warranty and get told to jump through hoops before they will entertain an outcome.
Still waiting on emails and call backs but not holding my breath. Disgusting customer service, disgusting company and really disappointed with the lack of communication and support from this company.

Purchase 3 fryers and they sent me wrong item
Now they refuse to refund me.
Shocking behaviour I hope they go bankrupt!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY -

I bought a convection oven from these cowboys and it literally just burns everything… I had an electrician look at it and there wasn’t a fault therefore they are just made really poorly….

They wouldn’t refund me and did not help at all… I’ve wasted £700 and I can’t resell it because I have a conscience… if only these guys did too.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality would give zero star if possible.
Everything feels very tinny.
Can you supply me with return instructions asap.

Equipment arrived not working…

Equipment arrived not working correctly. Customer support was awful. They don’t respond and have refused to replace the equipment. Now going to small claims court. Revisions. We got one half working and it failed the pat test. Useless bad quality equipment and useless rude company.

cheap for a reason.

Yes there cheap but Customer service is abysmal got laughed at for saying customer service was not good. 6-8 week lead time for an oven element thats not even six months old.
How can a working kitchen wait 6-8 weeks for an oven it needs every day.
So as the saying goes buy cheap buy twice true in this case.
Will never use again.

Never purchase any products from this…

Never purchase any products from this company.
I bought a glass cabinet. It arrived flat packed with a hammer to assemble, yes a hammer, what could go wrong????
It was a faulty product from the start and they would not send a return label for me to return after 25 calls and email. DHL wanted £100 to return and I wasn’t willing to loose more money.
They will sell u faulty, useless rubbish and charge you hundreds of pounds.
Please save yourself the hassle and don’t buy anything.
