I have used Korea helper twice this year, I’m so happy and really greatful that they helped me with my inquiries and purchasing products for me. I will use them a lot more often in near future. They have everything written how it worked at their website, easy to understand and to order. The procedure is simple and intuitive, and the staff messaged me to confirm some details and informed me if there was any problem with the link or product I’ve chosen. Also I received an email each time I had to reply or make a payment. It was a pleasant surprise how easy and great their service is! I will definitely order again through them!

Korean Buddies have helped and supported us tremendously with our huge Korean Skincare Package of 20kg. they quickly communicated to a seller on my behalf and proceeded with the purchase INSTANTLY considering the situation where the seller was prioritising customers who could pay first, with this, this service sent me an invoice asap which i paid in a heartbeat and BOOM they had messaged me back instantly saying they purchased the item.

Personalized service, even helps with customer errors. I cannot recommend these folks enough!! It is usually so hard to navigate korean online marketplaces as a foreign buyer but they make it easy.

This Company is doing an absolutely amazing job! I have been buying through them for the past 6-7 years. They are always fast in replying, very helpful, nice and really have always been able to help me get what I wished to buy from Korea. I've been using Koreanbuddies for my shopping in Korea for the past 6 years and can vouch for their quality service since day one. Whether it's clothes, cosmetics or household items, they've always been quick to respond (usually respond within 24 hours) and good at providing parcel updates in an organized manner (with pictures of package content and tracking numbers provided automatically). Shipping time is relatively quick too (around 2 weeks to get to Canada), even during the pandemic! Their team is reliable and the service charge is reasonable. Koreanbuddy agents always go above and beyond to make the buying process smooth - they would personally reach out about promotions, giveaways and cost-saving shipping options too (like last time, when I purchased a few hair clips and a tote bag to ship to Canada- they suggested using the KPACKET option, instead of the regular small package option, which would've taken longer and costed more --- duties and taxes in Canada are no joke...) Point is, I've really enjoyed using their service throughout the years and will certainly continue to do so :)

I use KoreanBuddies all the time to get anything that I want from Korea shipped to my house in the United States. They are trustworthy and have excellent customer service. I love using the option of DHL shipping because my items get shipped to me in three days. KoreanBuddies never disappoints! They accept PayPal which is a big convenience. The website is also very easy to use and navigate.

I've been a KoreanBuddies' member now for about 1.5 years, and it's been a fantastic experience! I consistently keep my membership with them because I feel they are a valuable and trustworthy service. Every person that I have interacted with via KB has been incredibly kind, friendly, and so helpful!! The first time I used them I was looking for some netmarble items on yes24.com that showed Sold Out, and they found them in stock for me on another website! They have actually done similar acts for me more than once, and I truly appreciate it. Another time, I was interested in these mejiwoo puppy keychains that were not showing available in the mejiwoo app, and then Chiara sent me a message when she saw them come back in stock on the website. Most recently, they helped me find the exact Korean lotus chips we had found on a recent vacation and loved, but that we couldn't find here in our hometown. They also helped me to find and purchase a Jeju Island hand lotion I had been eyeing on the National Museum of Korea website that ended up selling out before I could buy it. As well, as this very cute Pokemon lip gloss and hand lotion set that ended up only being available at the convenience stores! Also, they always pack my items extremely well, and I have had everything that's been shipped to me arrive in perfect condition each time. These are just a couple of examples of how they go above and beyond for their customers. I really appreciate the service they give to those of us that aren't lucky enough to live in South Korea, and I 100% recommend them!

They are very attentive to your questions, their response times are fast and they are friendly. Plus their shipping prices are pretty good to other countries! The site interface is easy to use and intuitive! :)

I always buy things from Korea via KoreanBuddies. They are really helpful and always update us whenever they shipped the items. I've used this site a couple of times, and it's a great service for purchasing items and sales that are not offered domestically! They're very communicative and respond quickly to any questions. While the service fee may be a bit high, I think that the efficiency and user-friendliness make up for it :-)
