I used KoreanBuddies to order a K-Beauty product from a Korean site where international shipping was very expensive. The team from KoreanBuddies was super helpful with alle my questions, responded quickly, and made the whole process easy. Everything arrived well packed, and I appreciated the flexible shipping options. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to access Korean products from abroad without the usual hassle!

So, I am someone who buys A LOT of Korean stationery and have tried like 3 different proxy websites for Korea and this one is the best one so far. Can’t recommend them enough! Even though their fees are on the higher end, I think it’s really worth it.

First of all, the custom order form is really hassle-free. I can’t tell you how much I hate most custom order forms because of the amount of information they ask for — imagine doing that for like 30 items… yea, NO THANKS.

Secondly, storage time period. It’s free for up to 90 days! I know it says 60 days on the website but I asked the staff recently and they told me it was 90. But the best thing is that they won’t throw your goods away as long as you communicate. What a godsend..

To sum it all up, definitely order from Koreabuddies if you don’t mind the fees. I honestly think it’s worth it after dealing with a lot of hassle from other websites. Highly recommend!

The staff at KoreanBuddies is always so prompt with responding. They're very communicative and are great and easy to work with. I've ordered Korean merchandise with them many times, pre-orders included, and they always provide excellent service. Shipping costs are cheaper than other sites, and they're very upfront with it when you place an order. They ship quickly and provide photos of the items once they receive it. KoreanBuddies is my go-to when I order my kpop merchandise or Korean apparel!

Korean Buddies is amazing...they are so organized..and they are so friendly. They even took pictures of my purchases afte ri requested to see the condition of my purchases before i shipped them out. Most proxy services make you pay for photograph of your purchases but koreanbuddies did it for free. They answer my questions right away on the website unlike deliverykorea which i have had problems with ...on so many levels like communicatino problems, saying the product i wanted was "out of stock" then i switched to koreanbuddies to buy the same product and it was in fact in stock. Im really happy with them and will use them as my "gold standard" of what a korean proxy should operate. i feel the add on charge for purchasing items is worth it because of the way they treat customers and the fast communication style, they dont mess up orders, there's no "lost in translation" as i am from the usa and speak english. I'm just in awe of them.

Great experience overall. Fast support feedback, ordered some shirts and the team was really helpfull when it came to the sizing and meassuring the shirt making sure everythinig is fine. Shipping to my country took 3 DAYS from Korea - East Europe. Will order many times from now on.

Korean buddies made it easy for me to make my first purchase abroad. The world of buying foreign imports and using proxies was so confusing but Korean buddies made it easy. They were quick to respond easy to work with I just had to provide link of what I wanted to buy and they contacted seller for me and shipped to me! Would use them again!

Their customer support is great! Always nice and the website is easy to use too. As others have noted, their exchange rate and service fee is fair. I have not seen them try to sneak in a hidden fee so really appreciate that. I have used this service multiple times.

I am a Korean living overseas so I sometimes use personal shopping companies in Korea to buy products. I have already used Korean Buddies twice, they are the best out there in my opinion. Other popular companies display lower commissions but hide significant costs behind their exchange rates, resulting in a more expensive bill. KB are delivering an excellent service and their Customer Service is impeccable. I never used a package reshipper before from South Korea, so I checked KB and 2 others, trying to decide which one to use. I sent the same inquiry to all 3, and KB's reply was by far the quickest and the most informative. While handling my order, they went the extra mile to accommodate my special requests and they made sure that there won't be any problems with the customs. I can't fault them!
