Trying to return something to this company is impossible. Don't watch the video after you place an order or you'll end up with $179 extra order of sleeves it’s a click bait tactic. I started a return process and been getting the run around. Now they offered me 50% off the return to keep the extra sleeves I inadvertanly ordered. They’re not even the right size again click and bait. Talk about 30 day money back guarantee they tried to offer me half off to keep them. I disputed the charge on my credit card and can't get anyone to contact me back about a return address to return these sleeves. I swear they are extending getting back to me to go beyond the 30 days. I started this process Aug 2nd and its is Aug 19th. I will never order from them again. Amazon sells their products. I did find comfort in the sleeves but it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with them if something goes wrong and there are many other compression sleeves out there to choose from.

If you work for this company you should have my email information and order number. I have over 12 email exchanges with your company and my last email I stated if I don’t hear back from someone about returning these sleeves I am putting a complaint in with the BBB. I placed an order Aug 2nd it’s Aug 21st and have not received a return address from customer service for YOUR product! Koprez has computers search my information.

Aug 25th finally provided a return address but not before actually trying to once again get me to keep the sleeves that were the wrong size and I didn’t want. Actual copy of the last email I received :

UPDATE: I could not use the product because of a genetic condition I have that caused these to hurt my feet. When I reached out on 8/14 and asked for a refund I have only gotten partial refund offers or instructions on how to wear them "correctly." Please just refund my money already.

I didn’t like the product. But what I am most unhappy about is that Carolyn with customer service is trying to swindle me out of a full refund. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Just be cautious when buying.

Every discomforts in ones life is bothersome..it can be acute or chronic..And we always tend to find solutions on our side if possible..That is what I did..I said to myself to solve it first before going for medical help..And I am using koprez so far so good.

Careful with your purchase. They didn’t work for me and if you try to exchange to try a different size, then you forfeit being able to get a refund. So I didn’t want to do that. Instead of trying a different size I tried to simply do the 30 day refund, and I discovered that they charge you for return shipping so at the very minimum you’re out the shipping that you spent for it to get to you (they don’t refund shipping) and you’re out the shipping that it takes to return it to them. So definitely know that it is not a risk free 30 day money back guarantee at all. You have to pay shipping both ways to try them.

I have gone back and forth repeatedly with the customer service and expressed my concerns. It is very time-consuming to email with Customer Service because I usually have to send two messages to hear back once… and I’m still waiting for the partial refund I’m supposed to be getting.

Customer service was great, product did exactly what it needed to do.

I wore it as instructed and it did nothing. It's little more than a compression sock with a velcro band. The $15 arch support I got at Walgreens works better. Maybe the positive reviews are from people who never tried an arch support before, but $45 for this thing is ridiculous.

The relief was quite immediate. I was in pain and so I rested my foot with the compression sock and the following day I am able to walk properly without a crutch.

I am just so delighted that I found the Koprez sleeves , I was advised by my GP to go fir a physio where I have to spend more money apart from buying different brand of shoe ensoles. Fortunately I found this Koprez ads on FB , That’s the start of my healing process , I used it especially on day time, it heals my right foot for more or less than 2 mos. Now I am back on my feet no more pains, no limping🙏 and get back my life🥰

Delivery was thrown on top of a group of boxes about a mile from my home. This was eventually addressed and corrected. My complaint is with marketing. First, your data will be sold almost immediately. My spam folder contents skyrocketed within a couple days of order. You'll be bombarded with ads and the "unsubscribe" link doesn't work. The process for this is probably illegal but I'm not going to bother. The product isn't worth the grief. Don't give them a phone number!!!

The foot sleeve and insoldes made my plantar facitis foot feel really good. Wear them all day.

Wow! I ordered Koprez knee sleeves about a month ago, still haven’t received them, all I get outta them is excuses. Seems like maybe they’re going outta business, but still marketing product they don’t even have. This could be a scam at this point. I see a bunch of reviews here saying they’re happy. Well I can tell you I’m not happy. I asked for an ETA when I could expect my order. They couldn’t even give me a potential window it might arrive. Maybe they changing whoever does their manufacturing in China? Whatever! Stop marketing if you can’t fulfill the orders. That’s scummy business practices. I advise not buying anything from these bozos. I’m not ready to say they’re scammers for certain. But they could easily turn out to be that. Definitely dont buy their stuff until they have product to fulfill orders.
