Had issues with wrong size no problem exchanging

Absolutely amazing , feel great again. I was to believe nothing would help the pain, but Koprez saved me !!

I tried to pay thru PayPal, it was rejected due to their foreign rules. Also, every time I went back and I started to fill out the form, it automatically filled in the six sock order, the extra fee for replacement and shipping guarantee. If you were not careful, you would be charged a lot more than you expected. I was hoping this would be good for my heel ailments. If PayPal will not accept the order, nor will I do it with out PayPal.

Once I figured out the correct tension, the compression wrap felt good and seemed to be working

I initially gave Koprez a 1-star review because it was extremely difficult to get in touch with them. I sent several emails and called multiple times regarding returning my product, but I received no response.

The same day I posted my 1-star review, I received an email from Koprez asking me to please remove the review. About a week later, one of their employees finally called me to confirm my return and help resolve the issue.

They told me I could keep my initial purchase and that they would send me the items I needed. I have now received the foot sleeves, and they also included a pack of pain patches as an apology.

I’m glad they were able to resolve the issue, and I appreciate that they followed through in the end. My recommendation to Koprez is to improve their customer service and communication. Customers should not have to leave a negative review before receiving a response to their emails or phone calls.

I am updating my review because they ultimately resolved the issue—not because of the product itself. The product is not for me, so I am not the actual user and cannot personally say whether it works or not.

I appreciate Koprez taking the steps to make things right.

This company has a lot of marketing propaganda. They say they have free return if you reach out within 30 days. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email for more than a week and no one has returned my calls nor answered my email. Be careful because they might just be waiting this long to say that your return window might have passed and you are stuck with a $100 + product that you don’t need.

I placed my order with Koprez over a month ago, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it except a lighter bank account.
The tracking information has been completely stuck for weeks with zero real updates. I have reached out to customer support, and all I received were generic, copy-pasted non-answers asking me to "wait a little longer." A month is well beyond any reasonable delivery window. At this point, it feels less like a shipping delay and more like a complete scam.
They are quick to take your money, but completely absent when it comes to fulfilling the order or providing actual customer service. If you are considering ordering from Koprez, save yourself the headache, wasted time, and frustration—buy from a reputable brand instead.
I want an immediate full refund.

I placed and paid for my order over 17 days ago and still have not received anything. I asked for a refund and was told to just wait longer. Very poor customer service and so far a huge scam.

Koprez charged me an additional $120 for a product I never ordered. An unwanted inconvenience, but at least I can get my money back because of their advertised 30 day refund policy, right? Wrong. They tried to convince me to accept a partial refund, and then stopped replying to me altogether. They're running a scam in broad daylight.

Product did not work for me. Took forever to get only a partial refund. Very sketchy. Proceed with caution!
Update: Finally received full refund, but they asked me to delete this review! I couldn't believe it. So inappropriate. They are not allowed to do that. Also, now I keep receiving voicemails from them every single day, even multiple times per day! So annoying. I have no idea what is wrong with this company! It's so ridiculous. Koprez, if you read this, STOP LEAVING ME VOICEMAILS!

I am on my feet for work sometimes 12 or more hours a shift. I wear these on both feet even though the Planter's Faciitis is only in the right heel. I will often wear them to bed and no longer have that stabbing heal pain when first getting out of bed in the morning. I gave a pair to my son and also told a co-worker. I'm on their email list and appreciate the customer service.

Great foot sleeve period. I have tried so many others. These are hands down the best for support and pain alleviation while wearing them.

At first I was confused about my order but then I realized that it was only sold in singles instead of pairs😂😂😂😂 but overall the experience is great. I recommend this product to anyone who suffers from plantar fasciitis

What I like about them was that they were easy to put on and lace up. I am not sure if they are any good at what they do. I am just glad I got them because my other brand was to tight for my sneakers. I am not a foot Dr., so I dont know if they were or did me any use. All I can say is that there fit was comfy the material wore from the velcro is wearing. other than that I am please with them and can take it iff now. I wore them for at least 3 weeks.

At first I didn't appreciate being sold on more pairs of Koprez sleeves but in the end I'm glad I took advantage of the discount offer and bought four pair. I am in the water a lot so having extra pairs is really convenient. I wore the sleeves day and night for two weeks. I was surprised at how immediate the benefits were! No aching heel pain in the morning. No more walking down the stairs sideways. After a month I could skip wearing them for a whole day and my plantar fasciitis pain stayed at bay. Now, after 3 months I don't need to wear them, but I still do at night and when I know I'll be on my feet all day for long hours at a time. I told my chiropractor about them because he needs to let his patients know that a cure is just around the corner!

My koprez sleeves are very good worth every penny
