What the Creator Program is:
We pay real customers to film short videos of themselves using our sleeves. We use those videos in our ads instead of hiring actors. That's what the $25 per video is for.
What "approved" means:
The video is usable. Good lighting, product in frame, no copyrighted music, release form signed. It does not mean the video has to be positive.
What it is not:
It is not payment for reviews. It has no connection to Trustpilot or any other review site. We have never paid for a review, offered a discount for one, or asked anyone to post one here. Every review on this page is from someone who chose to write it on their own.
If the sleeves aren't working for you, that matters more to us than this thread. Email charis@koprez.com and we'll take care of it.

This company is a big scam! Do not buy!! I was ready to order a pair, I had them in my cart, I pressed pay now (or similar), and then a message came up: Wait your order is not complete, you must watch this video. They stole many minutes from me before I got completely annoyed and force quit. I immediately sent a message to cancel my order. Guess what, it showed up on my credit card. I do not want support this company. Upselling tactics where you keep customers hostage is not a good tactic. Now I have to deal with canceling this with my credit card company. And I ended up going on Amazon and finding equivalent pair for half a third of the price. Don't be fooled by their fancy ads. Yes it's very convincing but at the end of the day it's just a compression sock with straps. Marketing tactics only!

Their customer service is literally…
Their customer service is literally outstanding. They were so amazing. I ordered a brace because I developed plantar fasciitis and I could barely walk. They emailed me immediately to let me know that the color I ordered was out of stock So they sent me a different color. Turned out that brace was too small and I asked how I could send it back and they sent me a brand new brace in the right size free of charge. They did not have to do that. I highly highly recommend this brand. It's the only way I've been able to walk at all

I love my plantar fasciitis sleeve!
I love my plantar fasciitis sleeve! I have been using about two months. The pain relief was a gradual process. I wear the sleeve day and night. I no longer limp but still have tough days when on my feet all day. I am so thankful that I can do things with family again though!!!

Magic!!!
I’m not sure what kind of magic is in these. I have had so much pain I could barely walk for several months. I own a gymnastics center and am barefoot 90% of the time… These have been a lifesaver! I am almost down to zero pain!!!

I put the sleeves on my foot
I put the sleeves on my foot, and the pain started leaving the first day. It continued day by day until I no longer thought about it after about 3-4 weeks.

Very happy South African customer
It's always a hit-and-miss buying an unknown brand product off a social media site. Also, it's often difficult to know if reviews are genuine or driven by bots. But desperate times and all that. I ordered a knee sleeve for my husband. Both knees are pre-surgery phase for meniscus injuries and early osteoarthritis. The pain and discomfort were affecting his quality of life, and he was unable to complete a full day of activities. When the knee sleeve arrived, he was dubious as he has tried knee guards before. Within an hour, the difference was noticeable. The pain had decreased, he had more stability, and he was able to complete a project he was working on. We are now waiting for two more sleeves. I can't believe the difference it's made and I can absolutely recommend the Koprez knee sleeve. It's been life-changing for my husband.
In addition to the efficacy and excellent quality of the sleeve, the order and delivery service is also excellent.

Kia ora from New Zealand.
Its been 8 weeks and couldn't be more appreciative of my Koprez Foot Sleeve and the personal timely communications received via email. I expressed to them that I had a diiferent issue to Plantar Facitis, I had a Heels Spur surgery on the back of both of my heels in Feb 26, cutting off my heel bone in front of both achilles tendons. Recovery was estimated to last 3 months and I still get swelling, stabbing pain and can not walk far or stand very long. The Koprex however give me more stabilty when i walk and stand, has reduced the swelling, my scar tissue, AND most nights and mornings i have no swelling or pain. I still have a way to go however I am so glad I gave them a go! I trust me and my heels will return to painfree days and look forward to reporting back! Thank you KOPREX. Mauri ora!

My order never shipped
My order never shipped. After I waited 3 weeks, i contacted thrm to question it and was told that color was out of stock. Why not contact me? Why make me wait? Then i picked a different color and it still hasn't arrived. I will never order from this company again. Amazon has the same brand. I will order there next time.

Bought these for my girlfriend, who is a server and is on her feet all night long and comes home with sore feet all the time. Doc said Plantar fasciitis. I sent her these foot wraps and now she has no foot pain after work.
