COMPLETE SCAM / FRAUDULENT CHARGES – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Review Title: Fraudulent multi-stage checkout! Charged my credit card $160+ without my consent or a receipt!Do not trust this company! I attempted to buy their "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" foot sleeve offer for $39.99 to help with my heel pain. I entered my card details, expecting a standard 4-stage checkout process.Instead, during the second stage, the entire checkout page suddenly vanished. Within minutes, I checked my account and discovered they had hit my credit card with TWO unauthorized deductions: one for $119.99 (I have absolutely no idea what for) and another for $40.99.They did not send a confirmation email, a message asking to approve the purchase, or any form of receipt. Even they didn't allow me to have a check out review. The only reason I caught this immediately is because my credit card company sent me a suspicious activity alert. This company is using highly deceptive, predatory checkout tactics that border on complete fraud.I had to immediately call my credit card company and close my card to stop further theft. Save yourself the massive headache and protect your financial information—DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
My Updated Reply to Koprez:Your reply is completely dishonest and tries to blame me for your broken system. I did not "miss an option" or accidentally press back.Your system literally held my screen hostage. You forced an un-skippable video clip onto my screen that blocked all navigation. I could not click forward, I could not decline, and your checkout page ignored every single action I took until the page suddenly vanished on its own. Next thing I knew, you had rammed a $119.94charge and a $44.93 charge through to my card without a single order review screen or final confirmation button appearing.This isn't an "optional thank-you bundle"—it is a malicious checkout script designed to freeze user clicks and process unauthorized payments while forcing people to watch an ad.I checked all folders, including spam, and no receipt was ever sent. I have already reported these fraudulent charges to TD Bank, canceled my card, and reported your web practices to consumer protection agencies. Do not ask for my personal email on a public forum.

We're really sorry for the frustration and alarm this caused, that's a stressful experience, and we understand why it felt concerning.
We wanted to clarify what happened during checkout: after selecting the initial "Buy 1 Get 1" offer, customers are shown an optional thank-you bundle offer of $119.99 for a set of 6, exclusively offered to give our customers the best value on the product. This is a one-time upsell, and there's always a clear option to decline it, along with a warning message at checkout noting that going back could result in being charged, we completely understand if this was missed in the process, though. To be clear, we never charge for anything unless it's an action a customer takes and confirms.
On the other hand, the order confirmation is sent automatically once an order is placed. It can sometimes take a little while to appear in your inbox. If a customer still doesn't receive it, this is usually because the email landed in their spam/junk folder, or because the email address entered at checkout was incorrect, in which case the confirmation would have been sent to the wrong address.
We'd really like to look into your specific charges and resolve this properly. Since we have no way of identifying your account from this review alone, could you please reply with the name or email you used, via the information request we sent through Trustpilot? Once we have that, we'll be able to look into this immediately and make things right.

My Koprez experience
Was very sceptical before ordering but once received and tried the effect was immediate.Cant say a 100 % less morning pain but a 20% less for sure after the first evening and night that I wore it.From that day I wear it daily between 7pm and 5am and the morning pain is just 20 % of what was a sharp pain during these last 18 months.I also do stretching heal exercises and the stretch Koprez combination is working.Its purely my experience so I recommend it.Hopefully in weeks I can update you all with even less morning pain.

Finally Something Worked
I’ve tried a lot of other things to help with planter fasciitis. This is the only thing that really helped!! It went away in about three weeks!! I’m so thankful.

I’ve suffered with plantar fasciitis…
I’ve suffered with plantar fasciitis for several months. It immediately got better once I bought these. I wear them now just for added support on both feet when my feet will be stressed. I wish I had bought them sooner.

Cancelation/Refund experience
I placed an order with Koprez and emailed them within 1 hour requesting cancellation. It’s now been 3 business days, with no response and the order hasn’t been cancelled.

By the time we received your follow-up email clarifying the request, the order had already shipped.
We understand this was a frustrating mix-up, and we're sorry it happened. Since the product was already on its way, our usual process is to encourage customers to try it first, and if it's not the right fit, our 30-day refund policy is always available.

Fast shipping. Its just a stretchy bandage with velcro on, so a little expensive, but it does exactly as claimed and supports your feet arch.
