I found koodoo very helpful and informative, I didn't have a clue about getting a mortgage, they advised me through every step with clear instructions. Found me a mortgage that suits my needs. Now im just waiting for the funds to transfer and I will have my own home. Thankyou so much.

Mansi is a superb mortgage advisor and a true credit to the Koodoo team. The mortgage process can be very frustrating and tiring at times however Mansi was there with me every step of the way.

Mansi & Akshata have been AMAZING through a long lengthy process. They have kept me up to date with every step and explained every process in detail. They were able to answer any questions I had & went above and beyond to make the mortgage process as smooth as possible for myself. They chased the solicitors on my behalf & worked extremely hard to get everything sorted. Very grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommend them both, an amazing, friendly duo!! I dealt with Claudine on 2 different mortgage applications, she is super friendly and helpful. Always replied to my calls or emails very quickly and gave me updates and advice throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Found Koodoo through the Clearscore app so it felt like a trustworthy partner. My case manager Claudine was brilliant and so efficient. Using their online portal to submit information felt safe and secure compared to other brokers who want things send over email. The team at Koodoo researched the market to pick the correct product to apply for based on my exact circumstances. Again you think you would get this service with any mortgage broker but unfortunately not. Luckily the team at Koodoo were able to pick up where the other broker dropped the ball, sorted everything painlessly and smoothly. Kept me and my solicitor informed throughout. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
