Stay away from any jumpman casino. This site and there sistersite despite me not long being off gamstop allowed me to deposit on occasion such as last week £600 in space of a few hours. I accept I’ve got a problem and have closed all my accounts with them and went back to gamstop. However these sites have a duty of care towards players and are supposed to be trained in how to spot the red flags of people playing like I was. The worst is they did spot it because after loses of £1000 plus they would email saying it’s supposed to be fun silly things like that. Rather than restricting my account until we spoke and agreed on a deposit limit or something so they where aware of the spending but did not step in nor did they ever ask for proof of income had they done they would have seen I’m in poor health and live of benefits so loosing this money constantly was putting a tremendous strain on me. I can admit my part in this mess I’m now in but they share no responsibility for failing to follow guidelines I reached out to them with all these points and requested a refund as I was advised to do when I sought advice from a third party and I was ignored never had a reply since. I’m not letting it go I’m escalating this

Struggling to take my money back that’s whole I asked for have sent all my identification in yet it asked me to deposit £1 and this is me doing a withdrawal. Once your deposit you lose your money.

Have to disagree with most of the reviews.
Won £1500.00. Tried to withdraw and they asked for verification. Simple pic of my driving license and a selfie all done with their app. Easy. Withdrawal was processed and in my bank within 1 hour. No issues

Sorry,I really did not rate my experience with you. After many attempts of withdrawing my winnings. Being asked for photos, documents etc..etc which i attemped to try...failing again.

Another 0 rating, they have 8 ways to deposit but only 1 to withdraw!!!! Giving your card details especially the 3 security numbers!!! DEFINITELY A SCAM DON’T DEPOSIT!!!! This is a scam website! You can never withdraw as when you wager real money they always give a bonus. Then anything won is classed as as bonus winnings, so you have to wager 65x whatever your winnings are to withdraw it to a max of £152! I’m reporting the site to the financial ombudsman and citizens advice.

If i could give 0 stars I would, don't waste your money or time, they say failed withdrawal and put the money back in to the account, you get no reply off anyone , and when you try to withdraw the money again you have to spend more of your balance before the withdrawal process works, I wont hold my breath for the money I won, this needs shutting down and reporting to the relevant authorities, SCAM

Added deposit bonus after I removed it. Forcing me not to play while taking my money.
Emailed to remove it and took nearly a week, also asked to give my money back asap and they didn't action it.
I joined up on the provision of playing casino games as they list them available on their website but took screenshots demonstrating this being untrue, they ignored all my communication on this matter. Irredeemable to ignore a new customer who joined based on either a faulty website or false advertising. Either way clearly not acceptable, avoid this site
