Brilliant but I’ve not received any of my free spins

Shocking site same as every other recently. All they do is rob you blind and do not play fairly at all. Made withdrawal for £500 got nothing so far had to j u mp through stupid amounts of hoops for verification still waiting now can any of you other people let me know if they received their withdrawal at all or is that it my money is never going to come.

The lack of communication with them is unreal, i have requested several withdrawals from them, sent in my ID and my cards used and still nothing. Iv had no reply and still waiting for my withdrawals to be processed, they are not even in pending. Very frustrating, wont use this site again!

I withdrew £150 and got it no problem. I have now cashed out another £200 and hopefully it goes as smoothly as the first withdraw. Shocked with all the bad reviews, I spoke to customer service about first withdrawal and she was very helpful and it hit my bank a few days later :)

Was sent an offer “we miss you” log in before midnight and get 20 free spins, then deposit £20 and get another 100. Even though this was sent at 9pm, I still managed to log in, in time for the offer however, no such offer was awarded.
I’ve emailed jumpman gaming 3 times and submitted a ticket over the past two weeks regarding this and other than the automated responses advising a wait time 1-3 working days for replies, I am yet to hear back.

I won quite abit of money that I withdrawn straight away. I’ve never been asked to verify ID through email but my ID was already verified. I’ve tried contacting them through email no response no matter what. It’s been more than a week now since I haven’t received. Looked at my account today and my winnings have bounced back to me but tried to withdrawal again and this time it doesn’t let me I have to email them, but I can’t because they don’t reply. Question is though would I get my money.

First withdraw was okay after verifying cards, was skeptical about it first because of all the other bad reviews, seemed all good, spent loads of money and then ended up withdrawing 100£ (97.50£ after they take there fee out of it) , that was on 17th of june it got processed, its now the 4th of july, 3 emails sent, no response, dont use this website, hardly any big wins come in and like the other reviews said.. they’ll mess up down the line 👍🏻

Had some difficulties due to card issues but they managed to help me after verifying cards and now waiting on withdrawal. They give good response but only lacking in live chat department but other than that very good site just waiting for my withdrawal and would give them 5 stars once it lands.

Even games that are usually 10p are 20p on this, absolute rip off and games are totally fixed. Joining this and putting in money is a big regret, you live and learn but it's totally fixed and I don't even think it's legit.

I don't leave reviews but I thought I should on this one as there are so many bad ones.. I deposited 10 and won 600 I withdrawed and came across the same problem as everyone else it asked me to verify myself. Online didn't approve but soon as I emailed they was quick at reponing and verify me the very next day! My funds was pending until today but i have received the funds at 1pm so this site is legit from verifying to having the funds took 2 days.

Scam of a site! I’ve reported them to watchdog, resolver and gamblers commission!

I have recently joined Kong casino deposited £10 and got my bonus and won I withdrew my winnings which I never received…! Then when I went on my withdrawals, on my account it’s states £0 withdrawals. What do I do to resolve my winnings? Has anyone had this issue with your account saying £0 withdrawals and if so did you resolve it and how ? Please could really have some advice on what to do
