Konect have recently helped us switch our card provider. Our new provider offers a more streamlined facility at excellent rates, which has meant a huge annual saving to us as a company.
Alex and Giverny, who I have been dealing with are the nicest people to work with and are so on the ball! It's lovely to have a human at the other end of the phone who is always willing to help especially if your not the most tech savvy. Always provides updates and goes above and beyond.

Konect global made the whole process of moving over to a different provider for our card terminals so easy, with their constant communication and check ins with us. They provided excellent rates that we couldn't find anywhere else and really took the time to understand what our requirements were for our business.
