I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad. While I like your Immersion Blender, I will not buy any more of your products, nor recommend other's do so.

Unfortunately I broke my lid to my juicer and I got the best and fastest help I’ve ever received from any customer service rep. I am grateful and so pleased with my experience. I didn’t know I was within warranty so this was very helpful figuring out how to get my replacement part.
