The diapers in my previous order were faulty and I contacted the customer support. They offered a discount code which I agreed to take, but it didn’t work. Then they offered to refund me the amount but I didn’t receive a refund either.

To make you happy we sent the discount code for you, and you said you was not able to use it - so we asked what issues you have - you did not reply in detail to us. We informed you that coupon did not match goods on sale and after you was unable to add this coupon. By email on 10.26 we decided to give you money refund. Anyway, thank you for your reply we will make refund and contact to you by email.

delay on Delivery AND no phone number for customer service
Very upstate that the diapers didn't come on time- not only it was not on time but had 2 days delay
and the fact that you don't have a phone number and only available by email is also very frustrating!

Dear Thalie, yes we had some issues with the delivery company and we were communicated with you by email to ensure the delivery company will ship your parcel on time, but the delivery was a little bit late so we apologize for this inconvenience. We will take actions with delivery service because we want our customer would get them parcel IN TIME. Sometimes delivery companies have issues too, so we apologize for this. Huge apologies there were issues contacting us by phone.

Disappointment
Diapers were too Small , we only tried one yet i diddnt get any refund or help. The mooney did leak over Night so they are not better than pampers babydry.
