Shipping service
I continue to ask the company to change the shipping service. The one used in Italy has a very bad quality service, which I encounter every time I order the products.
I am aware that the quality of the shipment is not responsibility of the company, however, the choice of the shipping partner is 100% company's choice. I prefer to pay more for the shipping but to have a different shipping company to handle the delivery of my products.
