Do not trust this company and do not purchase any products from them. If you use a credit card to make a purchase at KNServe, you risk having your card fraudulently charged. In July 2023, I experienced such an incident. Within 24 hours of purchasing a server from KNServe, my credit card was fraudulently charged a total of €400 (split into two transactions of €100 and €300). These transactions appeared on my credit card statement under an "unknown merchant," but after filing a police report and a bank investigation, it was confirmed that the recipient of the payments was indeed KNServe.

I was shocked and immediately emailed KNServe to repeatedly confirm whether there was an issue with their billing system. Their initial response denied any problems. After my persistent inquiries, they eventually admitted to a system malfunction and claimed to have refunded all affected users. Unfortunately, I only received a €100 refund. Finally, after additional follow-up from the police, my bank, and Stripe, the fraudulent charges were confirmed, and I was able to recover the remaining €300.

Therefore, under no circumstances should you trust this company.

Be careful with this provider (Scammer). They will delete your account after you pay for their damn dedicated server and are not responsible for delivering the server you ordered, you will only lose your euros.

I already lost my money EUR for a dedicated server and deleted my account. They just say wait for provision and delete your account.

I just received a termination notice from the DENIC (german domain registration) that notifies me of my immediate termination due to unpaid bills. The domain is deleted as of now after only 4-5 months of service via KNServ (even though i paid for a year and definitely wanted to extend after that year). This is a huge scam. KNServ has not replied to any of my 7 support inquiries which deal back about 40 days already (where I received the first termination notice from DENIC).

I payed all my contractual duties with KNServ, but it seems they incorrectly registered all .de domains at denic causing them to be terminated (as happened to a lot of other users recently, which might suggest that this was a planned action on their behalf).

The scam might even explain why they provided these domain registration services so cheap in the first place.

I will of course update this review once a solution with KNServ has been found (but even then this is a major trust issue).
