Sometimes when I buy products online I am left with a sense of gilt about who benefits from the money, how the product is produced and where it comes from. On receiving my product from Know The Origin I was confident in the fact that I could truly enjoy my purchase due to the companies transparency on the supply chain. The top I bought is luxuriously soft and the perfect fit, I hope to get many wears out of it. I'm really glad that there are companies out there changing the course of fashion.

As always, great quality clothing from KTO. I’m slowly replacing some fast fashion basics as they wear out. I love the feel of the fabrics and can tell they will last for a long time - bought another tee, a sweater and some leggings a couple of years ago and they’re still as good as new. Only disappointment was I didn’t order early enough to get complementary Fairtrade chocolate before it went out of stock!

Had some issues with a lost return and late refund but it has been fully resolved now. Glad to see they now offer free returns and a returns portal, so would consider buying from this company in the future.

Really enjoyed browsing the website. The items came in good time, wrapped in a nice cardboard box and the clothes were so well made and high quality. All organic cotton at reasonable prices. They didn't suit me and I got a refund but that's just personal taste and I will definitely try other things in the future. Good all round.

A neatly packed box arrived I think the very day after I placed the order - amazingly prompt. And it contained an unexpected box of yummy chocolate bars! (All right, they were within two days of their 'best-by' date - but who's complaining? Age hardly matters with chocolate, especially dark chocolate which is fine well over a year after its best-by date, and then only begins to lose taste ...) My daughter loves her organic cotton T-shirt, while I am very happy with the various organic cotton bags I ordered. The silicone food-huggers are fun and work fine on some items - but I have the one reservation that they cannot take into account the extent that fruit and vegetables vary in shape and size. So far, I am not getting as much use out of them as I hoped to - but that might change with the seasons. I am looking forward to placing another order when I've spotted enough gaps in my attempts at an environment-friendly lifestyle ...
