Great minimal package and lovely products

It is a fab company with both great customer service and products.
I try to buy as “kind” products as possible and avoid - eg China - like the plague. Normally it’s almost impossible to see where a product is from, but you make it easy.

All good. Ordered a gift card for someone’s birthday, they’ve not spent yet so no feedback there as yet but buying experience was easy, flexible (amount) and good and quick. Looks like some good ethical and sustainable clothing which was of utmost importance. Thank you!

I purchased a sweatshirt as a birthday present. Know the Origin was chosen for the product because of its ethics and environmental considerations. Delivery was prompt with good communication, and the item was appreciated by the recipient.

Brilliant service. Products were dispatched rapidly and blown away by their packaging - no plastic at all and delivered in a reused box from a supplier to save on cardboard usage - and products arrived in perfect condition.

In the interest of full honesty - my wife won a competition for a voucher, so I did not spend anything on this initial order out of my own pocket. Great chance to try out the products risk free, and for just the price of postage.

I ordered a couple of shirts, and t-shirts, and some smaller items. I thought the prices seemed a tad high (well, had I actually been paying them), but turned out the quality reflected the price.

Postage was swift, both the packing and the actual shipping, and everything was nicely wrapped up in recyclable materials. Even the clips to hold the shirt arms in place were metal rather than plastic. Love that little thought.

instead of receiving three items of clothing (at over £100) i received 3 bars of chocolate?! when i queried it no one responded to my email until I messaged them on instagram. I was told i would be sent the products immediately but it has been 2 weeks and i still havent received them. I am also not getting a response to any emails, nor have i received a refund. since writing this - i have received all my goods and customer service have been helpful. changing to 3 stars.
